THIS FOOD IS POISON
Did exactly what they told us to do with weaning instructions, but the food caused major diarrhea with both of my dogs and vomiting with one of them. Huck had three servings and has not been the same since. Dry heaves and stomach pain when touched. I was told they would take care of the situation and to throw away the food if there were any sort of thawing before arrival. Who knows what happened before it was packed but no matter what, this is extremely hazardous to animals and apparently since I didnt receive the food “thawed” they were wished a speedy recovery. $60+ dollars down the drain. I paid Farmers Dog to make my dogs sick. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Thank you so much for bringing this to our attention. We hate to hear that your pups weren't feeling well, as the health and safety of your dogs are our top priority. Each batch of food undergoes rigorous testing and is not released until a third-party laboratory confirms that the food is clean. Additionally, if packs were partially defrosted, our delivery standards state that they're safe to store and feed as long as the temperature of the food is still below 40°F. To ensure that you and your pups are best supported, please reach out via email at [email protected], and one of our specialists will be happy to help however we can.
