My dog loves the food
My dog loves the food! Your customer service is phenomenal! I’m elated that we switched to this food. Some feedback for improvement is: 1. Since one package is meant for 2 days, how about marking the portions on the package? 2. The frequency of deliveries is too often. I do like the ability to change it but since you know that a pack lasts 2 days and how many you’re sending, your calculation for the next order could be more accurate.
