I will never feed my pets anything but The Farmers Dog! I have been a pet owner all of my life and have never seen anything change my pets’ lives as has your food. We have two Cavalier King Charles Spaniels, one 3, one almost 14, two golden retrievers who are 4 and a slightly older labradoodle all of which actually dance on their hind legs in circles when they see your foot. At 5 exactly they sit and stare at us in anticipation. There has never been a dog treat they craved as they do your food. Your product, customer service. and caring are unsurpassable. It is very clear to us that you have and are extending the lives of these beloved family members. My happy happy pups and we are indebted to you for the amazing gift of health to our pups and for your prompt responses to any inquiries, even adjusting delivery schedules if we will be out of town. The dogs are all at perfect breed weights and even our 14 year old looks amazing and obviously feels so good. Our vet is so pleased as are we. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts for all you do for our family.

I can’t say enough good things about The Farmer’s Dog and their customer service. I recently reached out after an unfortunate situation that was completely outside of their control, and I was honestly blown away by the kindness, understanding, and level of care I received. They went above and beyond to help me and made me feel genuinely valued as a customer. It’s rare to receive this level of customer service anymore, and the experience made me even happier to continue being a loyal customer. On top of the amazing customer service, my dog absolutely loves the food! It gives me so much peace of mind knowing he’s getting proper nutrition and high-quality food that he genuinely gets excited to eat. We already loved The Farmer’s Dog, but knowing there’s such an amazing team behind the company makes me recommend them even more. Truly exceptional food and customer service!

We have been using farmers dog going on 3 years . We have had a great experience and Nova loves her food . I get notices of when it was charged , when they will deliver, and when it’s delivered so if i am out of town i can have a friend to pick it up and put in freezer.. very efficient!

REST BETTER AND HEALTHY POOS. WE ALSO APPRECIATE THE CONVENIENCE OF KNOWING THE FOOD IS FRESH, HEALTHY AND ALWAYS ARRIVES EACH MONTH AS SHEDULED. FD customer service is always quick to help me figure out my multiple pets. I love their chat option because it’s fast and efficient. I realized I was out of food for one dog that was accidentally deleted and Evan was able to quickly resolve the issue and get me food ordered ASAP.

I’ve used The Farmer’s Dog on and off for about four years. My boy gets bored of his food quickly so I do need to switch it up, but he has always absolutely loved the taste of their meals. He gets so excited for dinnertime, and he is a huge fan of their jerky sticks too! We unfortunately have to part ways now because he was just put on a strict prescription diet and can't have certain ingredients anymore, like sweet potato. I messaged them right as a new shipment was heading out to explain what happened. Even though it was already too late to stop the package from shipping, they were so understanding and told me I could just donate the fresh food to a local shelter or rescue so it wouldn't go to waste. Their customer service is unmatched. Anytime I’ve ever had a question or a minor issue, they reply within 30 to 45 minutes. You're talking to a real, caring person every single time. It never feels like you're dealing with a robot or emailing a black hole. I know some competitors try to talk down about them online, and I’ve seen the posts, but this is a genuinely good company that stands behind their service. They truly care about you and your pet and make the effort to connect with you. The food can be pricey, but pets love it and you know they’re getting quality food. Since we have a smaller dog, we're able to make it last a lot longer, and it saves so much time compared to cooking fresh meals yourself. You know you are giving your dog the best! I’m really sad to leave them, and I highly recommend them!

My son suggested we try Farmer's Dog for our six-year-old, low-energy Welsh Corgi, who had fairly suddenly become overweight (no medical issues). We cut out treats and changed his food to a weight-management Science Diet. After a year, he had lost only 2.5 pounds. After barely one month on Farmer's Dog, he had lost 3 pounds! He is doing extremely well on Farmer's Dog and loves the food.

We put our dog on Farmer's Dog several years ago to get him onto a healthier, lower fat diet. Recently, his IG issues have gotten to the point that the vet said he must go onto a prescription soy diet. They told us this a couple of days before our monthly shipment, and it was too late to stop. Farmer's Dog, credited us for the month, and told us to donate the food to a shelter or other dog in need, which we have done. They were so easy to work with, so kind about the issue, and accomodating. If the years of clean bowls was not enough to endorse them to anyone looking for a quality food were not enough, this level of compassionate, friendly customer service would be.
