Our dog absolutely loves the food great job !

Piper loves this food. She used to walk away from her kibble and wait until later at night to eat. I guessed she was just really hungry by then. Now she runs to the kitchen twice a day and eats it all up. I like the guesswork on how much to feed her not being an issue. My neighbor’s dog will only eat lamb. That’s it. She told me there was no use in trying this. I took her a meal of Farmers Dog to just try and now she’s going to order from here too. I recommend you try it. It’s a bit pricey for me, I wish it was less so, but I’ll make it work. My Piper is happier.

We tried The Farmer’s Dog after our one year old McNab’s coat started to look a bit dull, and she didn’t seem to really enjoy her organic kibble. Within 5 days of adding The Farmer’s Dog fresh food to her diet (50/50), she looked glossy. Immediately, you could see in her expression how much she enjoyed her meals now with fresh food. She is excited with by the variety of flavors as well. We let her pick her next bag from the freezer, and each bag is 2 toppers for us. We’ve made the cost work for our family budget because we see how much better she looks and feels and how much happier and more energetic she is with fresh food diet. We even transitioned our cat to a partially fresh diet (different vendor) and he is doing amazing on it. I’m convinced fresh is the best way to go, but for budgetary reasons we do still offer some kibble. Both pets love the change!

I set up a subscription for my mother (>60), who is a caregiver for my elderly Grandmother, given on top of that, she spends hours on making sure a picky, older dog, Jeb, eats his food. The first few weeks, this was AMAZING but then Jeb stopped liking it. That said, this is the longest Jeb ever ate something without complaint. My Mother tried mixing food and all of the suggested advice to get Jeb to eat the food again but to no avail. One of us was supposed to cancel the subscription but then I got even busier with my PhD and both parents contracted COVID. Today, I recieved an email that another box shipped and cost over $100. I was horrified. Apparently, neither my mother nor I had been able to cancel the box with what was going on in our lives. I spoke with a customer service agent on the phone, Theresa, who was incredibly understanding and resolved the issue with speed, kindness, and integrity. I am beyond impressed with the quality of both the food and customer service of The Farmer's Dog and give my highest reccomendation of it for anyone looking for fresh dog food.

Our four legged furry kid of 13 1/2 years was getting super picky & stopped eating a lot of stuff. I ordered Farmer's Dog food and she loved it! I would not hesitate to buy or recommend this food. The quality, the packaging, the communication & shipping was above exceptional! Unfortunately our puppers has now passed away 😭. Farmer's Dog even sent a hand written sympathy card. 💜Amazing and exceptional company & people! Highly recommend!!

My dog McKenzie, a small lab-mix, is 9 and never seemed excited about kibble (even though it was a specialty expensive kibble) and never wanted to get out of bed for breakfast. Now, after 18 months on Farmer's Dog, she is enthusiastic about mornings. She licks her lips when she even thinks about meal time. And licks the bowl for a long time after she finishes. Her weight is perfect. Health is good. Lots of energy. She needs more and longer walks. Customer service has been 5 Star!

Ok so I was skeptical. My Husband a large animal veterinarian told me to try it. I was stubborn and didn’t because I felt somehow I didn’t trust the company! (Having a trust problem with any large Company with so much advertising) BUT boy was I wrong. When I finally tried this dog food because my dog was looking so sick and I was desperate, I was amazed!!!!!!MY Frenchie went from skinny, bad coat, bad tear stains, skin problems, always sleeping to hyper, shinny coat, no bad tear stains & finally fat with much better skin!(and frankly much more of a pain in the butt because he feels so good) He has taken off at the barn a few times exploring because he feels so good, when previously he would just sleep! I don’t take the time to do many reviews but I just felt that this was worth it because of the health of my dog is so much improved. I still mix it with a little of his dry food to cut costs. But eventually I hope to go to just all farmers dog food. My Jack Russell loves it too! And is doing great! But they are not quite as high maintenance as a French Bulldog! This food changed my Frenchies life!
