This brand is the real deal. It seems every other month there's a recall on major pet food brands and their packaging. Knowing my Scotty is in optional health as he ages is wonderful and the proof is in the 'pudding'. His stool used to be loose and goopy but within days of switching it's firm and consistent. He used to get regular dandruff cycles, no longer the case. His coat is soft and shiney. He's fed the perfect amount every day so he is keeping trim which is critical for his health as he suffers from a collapsing trachea which means if he were ever over weight that would exacerbate his difficulty breathing. I truly believe in this brand and recommend to all my pet parent friends. We've been feeding Scotty with the Farmer's Dog for over a year now and see no reason not to until the day he passes over the rainbow 🌈 bridge which I hope is not for a very long time. #longlivedogs Other kudos: -packaging is really cool, the insulation melts in water -super convenient shipping to your home -customer service has been stellar -occasional freebies, ie an insulated grocery bag and a doggy bandana -love

Out German Shepherd was struggling with the food he was eating. Tried specialized and limited ingredients and then I found Farmers Dog. He has more energy, healthy and perfect weight. He is 10 and still has puppy features to play etc. Thanks you so much. Customer service is great. I had a lot of questions. Staff was kind and helpful.

Farmers dog gives me peace of mind: I know my dog is eating high-quality food that is good for his health. I always struggled to get him to eat any type of kibble for more than a few weeks at a time -- he'd get bored or start feeling poorly and stop eating it, no matter the brand. He's been eating Farmer's Dog for over a year and he is doing great! No plans to change or cancel anytime soon.

Our dogs, a 15 yr old Chow/Siberian Husky mix, and our 2 yr old Belgian Malinois/German Shepherd mix absolutely love the FD food. They are both healthy, shiny coats and active. We are so thankful for this healthy food.

I’m the proud owner of an English bulldog and up until a couple of weeks ago, I thought I was feeding her the best food (expensive breed specific chow). Unfortunately, she developed horrible hot spots on her underside (these reoccurred every couple of weeks) and after the last appointment with her vet, we found out that she might have developed an allergy to grain mites in her food. She was never 100% keen on eating her dry kibble and given the potential cause of her hot spots, I decided to give The Farmer’s Dog a try. Words cannot express my gratitude to this company- I watched an incredible change come over my dog. She’s excited to eat her food, her coat and skin are shiny, her ‘bulldog odor’ is gone, less flatulence, more energy, and best of all, no more hot spots or irritation on her face. I was never a believer in fresh dog food, but after seeing the results first hand, I highly recommend that everyone give it a try (especially if you have a bulldog or breed that’s sensitive to allergens or develops skin issues). The customer service has been incredible and is always readily available to help with any issues or concerns. I’m extremely grateful for The Farmer’s Dog for producing a high quality product that has helped my dog tremendously!

Pabla loves this food! She has always had a sensitive tummy and frequently had gas and bloating. Tried everything! Started Farmer’s Dog and absolutely no problem! This is the real deal! She really loves it and her energy is great for a nine year old.

The Farmers Dog makes it so easy and convenient to get dog food on time and ready to store. Being able to have it shipped to me already frozen is so helpful and makes it easier for me to put away and not worry about. My dog Sophie loves all food - if she can get it, she will eat it. Being able to feed her fresh food with nutrients and vitamins that she needs, without worrying about if I made it right has been a blessing.

I have a 8 year old Pomeranian, Mya, with a very very sensitive stomach that has until now been a problem. We have tried other foods for her and nothing helped until we found The Farmer's Dog. Since we started feeding her fresh food she has Z.E.R.O. issues. We are thrilled and Mya seems to be much happier and has a new spring in her gate. I recommend this to anyone who loves their dog!!!!!!
