We're so happy to hear that your dog was doing so well with our fresh recipes. We'd love to clarify the pricing changes you've experienced with your subscription and we're sorry this wasn't clear in our communications with you. Between your trial box and your regular 56 day orders, we send an "in-between box." This is to make sure your dog has plenty of time to adjust to our fresh food and we can make adjustments to his plan prior to sending that larger regular order. This transition box was discounted to match the bulk price of your recurring orders. Starting with your first full box, your recurring orders would arrive every 56 days without any surprise changes in your subscription cost. If you were to continue with us, the only reason you would find changes in your cost moving forward is if you made changes to your future orders.
