When looking at our meal plans on a per-day basis, they can be comparable to some commercial pet food options. That said, we're always aiming to get prices down without sacrificing quality or convenience - so we offer a variety of offerings that can help meet your pup's needs in the most affordable way possible. Nothing matters more to us than the health and wellbeing of the pups we're entrusted to feed. That's why all of our food is formulated by Board-Certified Veterinary Nutritionists to be 100% complete and balanced, meeting AAFCO requirements, and also being cooked and packaged in USDA-inspected facilities, where only human-grade food is produced. Thank you for this feedback, Ryan. We definitely understand your concern on cost and strive to make fresh, healthy food accessible for every dog and budget. We offer a variety of plans, starting at $2 per day, and we’re always happy to help find the plan that will be the best fit for you. We do offer a discounted two week trial order to begin to ensure each dog has time to adjust to our fresh recipes before we start sending regular, larger orders. After each dog’s first box, we send email with details for future orders as well, as we never want deliveries to come as a surprise. Additionally, we hope it’s reassuring to know that all of our recipes are formulated by board-certified vet nutritionists to meet AAFCO complete and balanced requirements. That said, we're always looking for ways to improve our customers’ experience with us and add clarity where we can. When planning your pup’s delivery schedule, we consider both the amount of food listed on your account’s Home page and how much you already have at home. While we aim for a specific delivery date, the window allows for a few extra days to account for carrier or operational factors. We also work with multiple delivery partners to provide the most efficient service possible, and if an order arrives earlier or later than expected, we automatically adjust future deliveries to keep your schedule on track.
