I only had my 13.5 yr old doodle on The Farmers Dog for a short time, but he loved it. He was getting quite picky eating other food. He was very excited to have his 2 meals a day of The Farmers Dog. Unfortunately, he passed away on 7/8. The Farmers Dog refunded me for the dog food that I had just received. I thought that was very kind of them. Today I received a beautiful plant from The Farmers Dog. This was very unexpected but appreciated. Thanks!

Let's be candid here. My dog loves some of the food, some he does not. Every time I sent an email regarding my concerns, the FD responded within a day or two. I have since paused/cancelled my deliveries since we're not sure our dog is completely happy with the food. They didn't try and strong arm me into buying more, make me feel guilty for not continuing the program but actually made suggestions that would help our dog digest and desire the food with some adjustments. It's evident they care about my dog and they only want us to be happy and if this plan doesn't work, then they're ok with that. Their customer service is on point and few if any companies like them take the time to give the advice they do to help. I'm sad that my dog is not loving all of his food but I'm thrilled that there is a com pay out there who cares more about my dogs well being then their bottom line. Try them out, maybe your dog will love them.

Two of my dogs were quite elderly and had become picky eaters. I was feeding them expensive kibble with a little bit of cooked meat scraps mixed in, but they wouldn’t eat much and their health was failing. Desperate, I tried switching to Farmers Dog. My dogs LOVED it, and their digestion (gas and #2) improved significantly. I believe Farmers Dog helped my elderly dogs live a few extra years (one made it to 18!) When they passed away within months of each other, Farmers Dog sent me a beautiful house plant with a note expressing their condolences. This is a company that cares! My younger dogs are thriving on Farmers Dog and I will never go back to kibble again.

I am impressed! I was not expecting this great response from my dog. Since I started her on Farmer's Dog food, she is actually eating every bit of it , licking the bowl clean and gets very excited for her next meal. I've had her for 5 years ( she's a rescue) I was feeding her top of the line freeze dried raw food and would also make homemade food for her because she was extremely picky .she didn't finish her meals usually & spit a lot out on the floor . She loves veggies but still didn't eat in such an excited way as she does with this food. The one she likes best is the Turkey dinner & she still isn't tired of it. I was surprised at this change I'm seeing in her and she also has more energy than before. She's developed an enthusiasm for her meals now. My daughters dog had the same reaction when he changed over to Farmers dog food. He had cottony hair and now his hair is getting really shiny and soft . He tap dances for each meal now( did not do that before) I highly recommend Farmers Dog food , I am so glad that I tried it for my Daisy; what a great change in her health & appetite

Our three cockers ages 3, 8 and 12, LOVE their food! They gobble it up and are feeling wonderful. They are getting to healthily weights and it is so good for their digestive systems! Customer service is amazing and above and beyond. I was able to get a response later in the evening one night and it blew my mind! Thank you Farmer’s Dog!

We started our 3 year old ShihTzu on The Farmer’s Dog earlier this year. She is a picky eater and has struggled with skin irritations. She absolutely LOVES the food and because the food is raw it has helped us so much in treating her skin irritations. Feeding Brynlee The Farmer’s Dog has been the best thing for her and we are grateful that there is a company that cares for our fur baby as much as we do!

Before I started feeding my Lila The Farmers dog food she was not wanting to eat and was losing weight . Now she tells me when it is time to eat, has gained a normal weight back , and is very happy. Thank you Farmers Dog ! Lila and Connie 🤗

The personal responses from staff and their genuine concern and willingness to communicate with dog parents. I have been texting with Casey and I can tell that she genuinely loves Mac and is interested in continuing to hear of his progress and how he enjoys his meals and seeing his growth through pics. It feels personal and not just a commercial exchange. I know you guys are true dog lovers and that is the deal breaker with commercialized dog food manufacturers with whom we do not stand a ghost of a chance of forming a personal relationship.
