I am not writing just to thank you for the incredible food I was able to give Ricky for the past year. Unfortunatly, I had to inform you that Ricky had an oral Tumor and I had to put him to sleep and therefor cancel my subscription. I expected a simple resonce. What I recieved instead was a a long detaied handwritten card expressing your sympathies. I then received a beautiful plant to keep in memory of Ricky. I was shocked!!!! Everyone who comes to my house comments on how pretty it. More than that, it shows how much your company cares which applies to everything you do. You are an outstanding company with incredible ethics. Thank you so much!!! Michelle W.

I found out about Farmer’s Dog through my daughter and son in law. I saw the change in their 10 year old lab mix’s coat that was incredible! No longer dry but silky. I decided that my little puppy I just adopted (March 2023) deserved the best I could give him. He eats just the Turkey mix and I love to see him get so excited when he hears me open up the fridge to get his food out. I do heat it up a bit to get the chill out of it!!

My wife was skeptical when ordered at first, but after a few weeks, she is sold The Farmer's Dog. Our 11 yr. old German Shepherd has returned to her normal weight and her coat is back to totally amazingly beautiful. The cost is reasonable when you consider the cost of vet bills saved.

I am fairly new to Farmer's Dog-I have only received 3 shipments but I just love them. I switched from We Feed Raw because of their absolutely horrible customer service and have been so relieved to find a company that goes above and beyond for their customers. Since switching, FD has reached out to me several times to see how everything was going and what they can do to improve my furbabies experience. Just today I got an email saying I can update their weights on my online account, and their food will be automatically adjusted according to their new weights to keep them in the correct calorie category. What?! That is awesome, guys. Additionally, my furbabies LOVE the food. My Lola does the sweetest tippy toe tap dance when we bring her FD. Sugar, my husky, gets the zoomies when we call her for dinner. It's extremely convenient, easy to thaw and serve, very tasty, all with superior customer service. I highly recommend.

My dog, Livie, is an elderly Chihuahua, pushing toward 10 years. Her experience with The Farmer's Dog freshly prepared dog food was little short of transformative. No, make that transformative. Her alergies have receded, her coat is thicker, her energy is high (sorry squirrels), and her appetite is epic. The Farmer's Dog food is obviously made with a lot of care and intelligence. This company deserves to thrive.

My shutzu has transformed. Into a more playful puppy since I started him on this food. The only thing that you guys need to do is make the bags resealable

Changing to Farmer's Dog food changed our dog's life and ours. Our Jake is a happier, healthier dog and we are saving a small fortune in Vet bills and Meds. We were feeding what we thought was one of the best dry dog foods available. Our fur baby was constantly scratching himself all over his body and developed numerous scabs from the itching and what we believe was a food allergy. We were spending $109.00 a month on Apoquel, that was prescribed for the constant scratching. It helped some but the problem persisted. We rescued our baby about a year and a half ago and the Vet has had him on different antibiotics for most of that time to deal with the allergy, scratching and scab problems. The most recent antibiotic, cephalexin, made our dog very sick and he kept vomiting. Since we had only used a few of the pills we asked our vet if we could return them and of course you can't. $150.00 down the drain. Then the vet recommended a different antibiotic at a cost of $162.00. So, we switched to Farmer's Dog a month ago and now everything has changed. No more scratching, the scabs have disappeared, and our dog isn't living on expensive pills. Our dog poops two or three times a day, not five or six like when he was on kibble. We are saving hundreds of dollars every month. A month or so on Farmer's dog and the transformation is incredible. He absolutely loves the food, can't wait until meal- time, and he looks and feels so much better. Some say Farmer's dog food is expensive. We actually saved money and after seeing the changes in our dog, the price is worth every penny. I have to give a shout out to the Customer Service staff at Farmer's Dog. I have called many times with questions etc. and these people are wonderful. They are so professional and accommodating and truly care about their customers. Well Done and thank you for saving our precious companion.

I had recently started my dog, Maya, on The Farmers Dog food and she loved it. We were expecting our 2nd order shortly when the cancer won and I lost my Maya. I contacted The Farmers Dog the next day and let them know that Maya had passed and to cancel my account. As it was probably too late to stop the expected shipment, I asked for directions on sending it back when received. They responded immediately with complete sympathy and said they had canceled the order and were returning my payment. They were very understanding and responded with much sympathy. Yesterday I received an indoor plant but did not know who it was from. Turns out it was The Farmers Dog in memory of my Maya. Maya liked the food and it was very easy to prepare and feed her. I had planned to continue using them, especially as it is delivered and would save me trips to the store for her food. Their response to her passing and the sympathy they have shown me has been really appreciated and unexpected. I would say that they truly care for their clients (human and animals) and do what is, for me anyway, exceptional service.
