Very easy to skip an order or get an order sooner if needed. Good customer service, they text and email prior to shipping in case you need to make any changes. Both of my chihuahuas love the food (we order all 3 varieties each time). They have both lost weight that they needed to shed since switching to this food.

Annie loves her food. I like the convenience and the quality. Annie no longer wipes her face on the furniture so I think she was likely allergic to something in the other brands I have tried.
