Abi on the customer service team was so kind and helpful!! I am a customer for life now!!! I was having some issues with delivery, but Abi got it all sorted out for me.

TFD has really helped our "allergy dog" to be less itchy and inflamed. It seems like she hasn't really flared up since we've made the switch, and at a minimum it feels good to know she is getting the best nutrition she can with the Farmer's Dog. She absolutely loves the food and eats it very carefully like she enjoys every bite. I personally have found customer service to be very kind and helpful. The price is a premium, but I think if you are going to be committed to feeding your dog high quality food you have to know that is not going to be cheap. I feel like the company keeps you well in the know of when you will be charged for your next box and when it will arrive. You can also adjust the amount of packs you have on hand in the app or on the site. Its very convenient!

My 2 Cairn Terriers do the Farmer's Dog Dance before each meal and totally lick their bowls clean. They LOVE this food and it clearly is doing well for them. One of my twins has a sensitive stomach which did not do well on other premium dog kibble but from the time they were switched to the FD, his stool was normal and has been ever since which was a clear indication that the food made the difference. You need freezer space which is the ONLY downside to using this fresh food and a trade-off worth making! The twins have been on FD food now for over 3 years and loving it!

Harrison at customer service is an amazing person!! So glad he’s with y'all at the farmers dog!! He made losing my old dog on New Year’s Day a bit easier and helped to adjust my plan for my 1 dog now!! He deserves a raise, stock options and 30 vacations days a year!! Very excited to get my dog Bubbha on farmer’s dog to help him live his best, healthiest life!!

Stella is a rescue dog that found us when she was just 6 months old. Stella is 15 now and doing well thanks to The Farmer’s Dog. We are so grateful that we found The Farmer’s Dog when we did. You have literally saved her life. And whenever I have the good fortune of dealing directly with an employee of The Farmer’s Dog it has been wonderful. 100% of the time after dealing with doggie support staff with The Farmer’s Dog I am in a better mood. Thank you to the entire doggie support staff at The Farmer’s Dog, from the bottom up. It takes all of you to make this happen for our girl and we are so grateful for what you do. Please know how appreciated you all are.

My dog Maxine has suddenly started to show more energy and enthusiasm playing with other dogs and running in the dog park. Even others owners have commented on it. At first, I thought it was because she was coming out of a funk from her older sibling dying almost a year ago. Then it dawned on me that she had recently restarted on The Farmer's Dog after being off it for several months. I had run out and just hadn't renewed. Maxine wasn't fond of the kibble after The Farmer's Dog but I just got lazy and hadn't reordered. Then the vet told me Maxine had gained 7 pounds and needed to lose it. I switched her back to FD and she lost the extra weight in about two months. It finally dawned on me that her new-found energy and enthusiasm was because she was back on FD. She had lost weight and was feeling good again. Now she insists on going to the dog park every day and loves to romp and run, even though she is 8 years old. I feel guilty for not getting her back on FD immediately but Maxine reminded me that it's the best food I can give her.

Not only do my dogs love the food, any time that I have had a question or needed help the customer service has been fantastic. I have had to adjust my portions for growing pups, and changes with my own schedules to ensure things lined up, and they have always been quick and happy to help, and showing care in what they do! I have truly been incredibly thankful that I switched to feeding with The Farmers Dog.
