This is the first fresh dog food subscription we've tried but we have stuck with it for over a year now. The packaging is great, portion sizes are easy to understand and control, and our dogs absolutely LOVE the food. They were both significantly overweight, so we put them on a portion for weight loss and after about 9-12 months we were able to increase slightly, now they are both at normal/healthy weights! Before starting the food, one of our dogs also vomited frequently (like 6+ times daily)... we tried specialty, canned, and prescription food before The Farmers Dog... once we started TFF, the vomiting slowed almost instantly and now he only does when actually sick. Customer service has also been amazing, there have been some (few) instances where delivery was delayed because of Covid or the delivery agency didn't get the box out in time. In those cases, they rushed us replacement packages as needed and gave us an easy home cook option for the boys. Additionally, it's easy to reach out for additional boxes or to delay a box if traveling.

My Bailey was started on The Farmer’s Dog at the age of 8 weeks. He loves it! He is almost 8 months old now and this little sheltie cleans his bowl every meal. He is active and healthy! When he is in a boarding kennel his food goes with him. They accommodate storing food in freezer and refrigerator. Thank you The Farmer’s Dog for playing a big part in his health!

Outstanding product and customer service is first class.

My Rosie is a very picky eater. I kept trying all kinds of food but she never seemed satisfied. I would fill her bowl in the morning with dry food so she can snack all day. Now, with Farmers Dog, she eats once a day and is satisfied. You can actually see the ingredients in it. I highly recommend it.

My dog is an extremely picky eater and she needed to lose weight. Trying to cook food for her was a LOT of work. I subscribed to Farmer's Dog and it's been great. She licks the bowl clean every meal. Her weight is coming down at a healthy pace and her soft coat (Norwegian Elkhound) is even softer. On top of that, her poop is no longer a giant pile of soft serve and she hasn't had gas. She's a happy girl and I'm a happy mama.

My dog's love the food! I feel it is a bit more expensive than Just Food for Dogs which is what I was getting before, but I do love how it is delivered just when I need more food! I love the convenience of it!

Our dogs LOVE this food! They literally quiver with excitement when they see us portioning it out and they eat it with great enthusiasm. They all have shiny coats and lots of energy. We love it too.
