The shipping is fantastic. The food arrives frozen solid, and right on time. The chicken and pork seem overly puréed but, my dog doesn’t seem to care. She’s very picky about what she eats, and she gobbles this stuff down! I’m thankful that I can give her food that nourishes her!

My dog cannot eat any kind of dog food because something in all of them gives her seizures. I'm happy to say that is NOT the case with The Farmers Dog. Thank you

My little Westie is a very picky eater and was eating soft prescription food (Science Diet). She is now on her first trial of this Farmer’s Dog fresh food and she has cleaned it up everyday but 1 so far - she was a bit skeptical of the Turkey - but next week she will love it - that is how she is. She actually is getting excited for the food! The best thing is that no matter how much she leaves behind, I know that what she is getting is very healthy and fresh so I know she is getting her nutrients. Also, the lady who helped me at customer service was so sweet, efficient, and helpful!!

If you THINK Farmer’s might be good for your dog(s), Do Not Hesitate to try the first order special offer. You will be rewarded by their renewed vigor in just the first two weeks. My 14 year old rescue Labs were pudgy and listless due to and physical discomfort. Within two weeks they showed remarkable improvements - they almost demanded short walks and showed marked physical improvements. PLUS, this company provides excellent customer service - including working with me to determine the best diet and portions on an on going basis. Don’t hesitate!

My dogs both LOVED the farmer's dog (literally when it was breakfast or dinner time they wouldn't take their eyes off of my husband or I when we were fluffing it up for them...like we were going to eat it instead lol!), we unfortunately lost both of them about 6 months apart from each other and honestly the customer service and the kindness from the staff at the farmer's dog will make me coming back for 100 years. Not only is their food high quality, but their employees are high quality.

My dog Boston is 12 years old, and I wanted to get every additional day possible with him so I started him on Farmer’s Dog food about 2 weeks ago. He is a bit of a picky eater, but he loves this food and goes back to his bowl several times to lick it clean. He literally salivates while I’m getting his meal ready (which is super easy and fast). My husband and I think we are already seeing changes in his behavior in that he seems to have more energy. We have been going on longer walks….a few up to 3 miles, and he recovers faster. His arthritis (in his hips and hind legs) seems better visually because he is not limping as much. His poops are more solid and easier to clean-up. I just personally feel so much better about giving him real food with vitamins, but without additives and preservatives and ingredients you cannot pronounce or identify. I also like the pre-measured amounts of food based on my dog’s weight. Now I’m just hoping Farmer’s Dog adds healthy treats to its product line so I know everything I give Boston is good for him and within his daily caloric requirements.

We started using Farmer's Dog shortly after one of our dogs was diagnosed with kidney disease. While the vet initially recommended a kidney-specific diet, our dog's appetite was so suppressed that she wouldn't eat it after a little while. She dropped from 60lbs to 40lbs in a matter of months, so the vet suggested we switch her to human-grade food. That's when I found Farmer's Dog. She's been eating Farmer's Dog for a few months now, and the difference in her is visible. She's putting weight back on, and she has energy like she hasn't had in years (even before her diagnosis). We now have both our dogs on Farmer's Dog, and they LOVE it. They basically dance/prance around when they're about to be fed (and they have both been pretty picky eaters throughout their lives). They lick the bowls CLEAN with this food. And the few times I've reached out to Farmer's Dog customer service, the experience has been phenomenal. They are fast, friendly and helpful. Thank you Farmer's Dog! We'll never feed these dogs or future dogs anything else. It's worth every penny.
