Nothing matters more than the pups we've been entrusted to feed, so I hope it's reassuring to know that our recipes are formulated by board-certified veterinary nutritionists to be nutritionally complete and balanced according to AAFCO standards. To further clarify, we include chickpeas in our turkey recipes due to them being a great source of protein and fiber which helps with your dog's digestion. While we are a subscription service that can be cancelled at any time, we always strive for clear communication after a trial order is placed to ensure awareness of any subsequent orders and include information regarding future orders both at checkout and in emails sent over the first few days of your trial. We completely understand that this may have been overlooked and appreciate your feedback on this. That said, we can confirm that our customer service department has processed a refund for this cancelled order. These refunds usually take anywhere from 5 to 10 business days to process depending on your financial institution.
