I have tried to cancel my annual subscription now last 2 yrs, but they keep charging my credit card. After contacting them, there is apparently nothing they can do. They are crooks

Horrible company that sends unsolicited emails months after unsubscribing... After doing research on them they fabricate many lies and thrive in negative news. They just keep spamming. Don't know how they get away with it

Truly unique content! I've been a subscriber for more than 2 years and love their documentaries and infographics. Iphone is App great as well. I had a problem with my account recently and customer service was fantastic and friendly. Highly recommend trying it out!

I've been reading Epoch times for at least a year. They mixed up my plan, I called, money refunded and I was careful on the next one I selected. As far as being far right, if your a liberal, than I can see your point. They report on corruption, and the Democrat party is neck deep in it. As a conservative, I'm forced to read all the leftist stuff because when you open Google, Yahoo or AOL, the opening pages are filled with leftist crap. Google has Epoch down as far right publishing information from China. They have nothing good to say about China, probably on the China hit list. The reason the Democrats allowed CCP police stations in NY. First ones to report the extreme leftist bias and censorship of the deadly COVID vax. Which is still being covered up by Google and the left. Because just because you disbelieve it doesn't make it wrong. So far they have been RIGHT ON the problems with the jab, the lies about the jab, correct about the over count of covid cases, CDC admitted it. Truth, CDC admitted it: Vaccine will prevent COVID-19 false. Vaccine will prevent transmission -false Vaccine boosters will protect from omicron-false Higher percentage of people double vaxed with booster will die from covid- TRUE If you can sort it out, it's in the CDC website. 92% of the media was negative about Trump, it was fake news, anybody that doesn't believe that needs to open their eyes and read epoch times, with an open mind, just as I have to watch the MSM cover for the Democrats. How much do you know about the border fiasco, that's what I thought!

While some of you believe Epoch Times is great - I can see that you may not realize there are more reputable news reporting, however, not with the same reach. You will have better luck with their featured presenters, but its not across the news board. I saw the poll about De Santis and Trump popularity. Why? News? Who are you people really? Did you know that 50% of expected WHO attendees did not attend? This is news. You will notice how they continue to push talking points regurtitated from the China regime and not validated truths. Try The Revolver or Sky News!

What a fantastic news organization who has the courage to report the truth in an era where evil is running rampant for control. God bless all who strive for truth. I would encourage anyone questioning their reporting, know this and please consider. When the government and any of their cronies work at such an effort to censor and quell information, one should be raising flags and asking why???!!!! Look at the censorship patterns that we have been witnessing over the past 10 years alone. The louder the bark and clear constitutional violations, the larger the flags! Let us critically think here! Didn't refund all my payments since Dec 2020 thru Dec 2022. I called & was able to get 7 months refunded out of 24. Shame on epoch times. Can't get reader's to want to read, so you force them to sign a contract online that can only be cancelled by phone involving an actual human to answer on the other end. Very simple to sign up tho. Save your time, $, & frustration. DON'T SIGN UP

It doesn’t give you an option to cancel your subscription. Don’t buy! It’s rigged to lock you in a subscription.
