The Edge Funder has processed hundreds of thousands of dollars in trader payouts, and legitimate payout requests are fully tracked from submission through completion. We do not withhold qualified payouts, nor do we disable profitable accounts without cause. We welcome honest criticism from verified customers and are always willing to address legitimate concerns. However, we also have a responsibility to correct reviews that make serious allegations which cannot be supported by any records in our system. This is also the second one-star review posted by this profile containing allegations that we cannot verify. Good job Trust pilot as always

This is now another review from the same individual regarding the same account termination. The statement that there are rules “you won’t know until you did it” is false. Our trading rules and account requirements are publicly available for traders to review before purchasing and throughout the life of the account. As we have already explained in response to your other reviews, your accounts were not terminated because our platform is “set up for you to fail.” They were terminated following an investigation that identified violations of our policies involving coordinated trading activity intended to manipulate our system for payouts. You have continued posting multiple reviews about the same incident while leaving that information out. You are entitled to disagree with our decision, but repeatedly posting “STAY AWAY” and claiming we do bad business does not change why your accounts were terminated. We stand behind our investigation and the action taken.

Your review leaves out the reason your Discord access was revoked. You were not removed for asking about a payout. Your account was removed after an internal investigation found violations of our Terms of Service and Community Guidelines involving coordinated activity across multiple accounts. Those actions are taken seriously because they undermine the integrity of the platform and fairness for every other trader. Regarding your payout, once a payout is approved and sent to our third-party payout provider, the remaining processing time is outside of The Edge Funder's control. During this period, our payout provider was also experiencing service interruptions that affected processing times. We understand delays are frustrating, but it's misleading to suggest you were removed simply for asking questions. The decision to terminate your access was based on policy violations identified during our investigation, not because you contacted support or requested a payout.

We're disappointed that, despite the amount of time and effort our team invested in assisting you, you've chosen to characterize your experience this way. Your claim that we stopped responding is simply not accurate. You reached out on a near-daily basis, and our team consistently replied. Once you transitioned to Live status, you were instructed multiple times that all Live account questions are handled directly by our Risk Team—not general customer support. You were provided with direct access to the appropriate team, received detailed instructions, and even replied confirming that you had received and understood those instructions. General customer support is not responsible for managing Live trader accounts, which is why you were repeatedly directed to the Risk Team. That process exists to ensure Live traders receive accurate guidance from the department that oversees those accounts. It's also important to clarify that moving to Live status is not the same as receiving another simulated payout. The Live program operates differently, and those expectations were communicated to you throughout the onboarding process. We genuinely tried to help at every stage, responded to your inquiries, and connected you with the correct department. While we understand that not every outcome will satisfy every trader, it's unfair to suggest we ignored you or failed to provide support when the record clearly shows otherwise.
