Short and sweet! 😂 We love it. Thanks for the 5 stars and for being part of The Edge Funder! 💚
The Edge Funder is a direct-to-funded futures prop firm built for traders who want a straightforward, transparent path to accessing capital.Unlike traditional prop firms that require traders to pass multi-phase evaluations before earning anything, The Edge Funder places traders into a funded environment from day one. There is no evaluation phase, no reset cycles, and no starting over from zero after passing a challenge. Traders are able to keep the progress they make while working toward payout eligibility. Our model is designed around consistency and risk management. Clear rules such as profit thresholds and consistency guidelines are in place to encourage sustainable trading habits rather than relying on one large trade. All rules, pricing, and account details are fully available before purchase so traders understand exactly how the accounts operate. We support multiple trading platforms including TradingView and Volumetrica, giving traders flexibility based on their preferred setup. In addition to the platform itself, traders gain access to an active community and coaching environment where questions are answered quickly and support is always available. The Edge Funder is not a get-rich-quick system. Trading requires discipline, patience, and continuous learning. Our goal is to provide traders with the structure, tools, and support needed to grow over time and become consistently profitable.

I am not satisfied at all. I understand that it’s a new company but they have a long way to go compared to others out here. My profit target changed from 1500 to 3500 out of nowhere for the 25k account. I reached out for assistance no response and it’s been 3 weeks. It locks me out after I reached a certain point, it times me out too often, It glitches a lot. It doesn’t allow me to use gold or ym ticker. The dashboard is slow to update after a trade is done. Not sure if I will continue paying the monthly fee because it’s not worth it. If this continues. Replying to your response @theedgefunder: I find it funny that you were quick to reply here within 30mins. But I sent 3 emails to support and no response since 3 weeks ago. Instead of responding in a way of concern. You sound very defense. Instead of taking constructive criticism to find ways to make your platform better for traders you fault the trader. This is definitely not a company I want to do business with because you don’t value your customers or feedback. You also have videos saying there are no daily stop list limits anymore and that was not true. I understand you are new as a prop firm company but like I said in earlier feedback you have a lot of improvements to make to create better experiences for traders.

We have no issue accepting constructive criticism when it is accurate. However, your updated review now contains a claim that we can directly verify is false. You stated that you sent 3 emails and received no response for 3 weeks. Our records show that our support team responded to your inquiry **4 minutes after you contacted us**. That response specifically explained why your $25K payout threshold increased, explained the 20% consistency rule, gave you the $300 daily consistency amount, explained your 0/7 qualifying trading days, and invited you to contact us with any additional questions. Responding publicly to a review does not mean we ignored your support request. In this case, the documented support history shows the exact opposite. We are always willing to improve our platform and listen to legitimate criticism. But constructive criticism also needs to be based on accurate information. Saying publicly that we ignored you for three weeks when our team responded within four minutes is simply not a fair representation of the service you received. As for the account itself, your threshold did not increase “out of nowhere.” It increased because the 20% consistency limit was exceeded, exactly as our team explained to you. These rules are published and apply consistently to all traders. We absolutely value our customers, which is precisely why our team responded to you within minutes and provided a detailed explanation of your account.

It seems that most prop firms has this drawdown which is not good for beginners. This firm at one point had a “ No max loss” special going on which I wasn’t able to get at that moment. They need to seriously bring that back. If you have there smallest account because you want to start small until you get better and the drawdown of $1000 stops you out because you have reached it, is very discouraging and costly. You loose all your profits you did make and now you have to spend more money to reset. It doesn’t give beginners a real chance before you just quit all together because you’re out of money. It seems this owner is a pretty good guy, but I think They should bring that back, then I will purchase an account.

You definitely understand why we created the No Max Loss account in the first place. Traditional drawdowns can be extremely difficult, especially for newer traders who are still developing consistency. That's exactly why we introduced our No Max Loss accounts and became the first futures prop firm to offer this type of structure. We appreciate the feedback and the kind words about the company. We hear you loud and clear on wanting to see more No Max Loss opportunities. Keep an eye on us. 👀

It’s too expensive for what you get. I understand the 7 consecutive trading days. I also can understand the 20% rule. But the 4 consecutive weeks of trading before you get a payout is a joke. People trying to trade as an income have trouble with trading full time and working a 9 to 5 job until a couple of good payouts. If you can prove efficient at trading over a 7 day period you should be able to get a payout. And not be penalized for going over by raising your payout amount. I hate being throttled to keep from making to much $$$ just to meet payout.

We understand that pricing and account structure won't be the right fit for everyone, but there are a couple of things we'd like to clarify. First, we recently **reduced our account prices by 50%** specifically to make The Edge Funder more accessible to traders. Second, the 20% consistency rule isn't designed to throttle your profits. You can make as much as you want in a day. If you exceed 20% of your payout threshold, the system simply adjusts the threshold so your largest day remains within the consistency requirement. Nobody is asking you to intentionally make less money. Our payout requirements exist to demonstrate consistency over time, not just profitability during a short stretch of trading. We understand some traders would prefer to make a large amount quickly and immediately withdraw it, but that's simply not the model we operate. We appreciate the feedback, but calling the pricing too expensive after a 50% reduction while criticizing clearly published payout requirements doesn't tell the full story of what traders receive with the account.
