We understand that reaching payout eligibility can be challenging, but we want to clarify that our rules are not constantly changing to make payouts harder. In fact, many of the changes we've made have come directly from trader feedback and were designed to make our accounts more affordable, simplify payout requirements, and improve the overall trading experience. We will always look for ways to improve, but maintaining fair and consistent trading standards is equally important to us. Mobile usability is something we’re continuing to improve, especially for traders who need to manage positions while away from their computer. We’ll make sure this feedback gets passed along to the team. In the meantime, please be careful testing orders on a funded account, as any trades placed will still affect the account even if they’re only intended as tests. You nailed exactly what we set out to build. No evaluations, no games, and no unnecessary hoops. Just understand the rules, trade your account, and work toward getting paid. And you're absolutely right, The Edge Funder was built by traders who understand what it's like on the other side of the screen. Regarding TradingView and Volumetrica, we understand how frustrating technical issues can be. The trading platforms themselves are provided and maintained by third-party software providers, while The Edge Funder provides the funding program. That said, we work closely with our platform partners and regularly pass along trader feedback to help improve the overall experience. As for Gold, only **Micro Gold (MGC)** contracts are currently supported. Standard **Gold (GC)** contracts are not available to trade at this time. If you're seeing a "No Data Feed" message in TradingView, please reach out to our support team with screenshots and your account details. We'll be happy to investigate and work with the platform provider to help resolve the issue. We appreciate the feedback and wish you the best as you work toward your first payout.
