I’m so discouraged with this store AGAIN. We are selling one home, moving into a new one. I’ve been shopping for the last few months for some new furniture for the new house, but have held off buying until we had a close date and a firm move in date. So today I get those dates! I’m so excited to order my furniture and get a delivery date! I’m so excited as I’ve been wanting this living room set for a long while! I get on line, look in my cart where everything is saved and 5 out of the 6 items HAVE DOUBLED IN PRICE! I kid you not! My $2100 couch, that already had moved up to $2400 when it went to the clearance center, is now $4000!! One chair stayed the same price, but it was already $900! I call my sales rep - they don’t really do calls, so she texted me back. I had to send her copies of our previous texts, pricing, etc. she said she’d talk to her manager and get back to me. She’d did call back - he offered me 15% off ($1000) the total package - what a scam - you double the price 100%, then offer 15% off … oh! And I had to place the order before they closed TONITE - that was 15 minutes before they closed! I asked if I could call in the morning as I really needed to discuss with my partner, and got a firm NO - take it or leave it! I was stunned! Obviously their customer service is awful too! I’ll never step foot in there again!! Everything I was trying to buy was in the “close out” or “last chance” department- how do you double the price on those pieces?? SCAMMERS! Beware! Just read the other reviews here and online elsewhere. This place is a joke!!

Our sales associate Bill was AWESOME and gave us top notch service. He was professional and he helped us furnish two rooms in our home via two separate transactions because after purchasing one sofa, as we were leaving we saw a livingroom set and made an additional purchase. We were charged $199 for a delivery charge for the first sofa and we were charged an add'l $399 delivery charge for the second sofa, for a grand total of $600 in delivery charges. When we asked for an adjustment we were told by a manager that the charge would be refunded but Mikeala the "so called" GM refused to accommodate us to remove the $199 delivery charge for the first sofa even though we paid a higher delivery charge for the White glove delivery service overall. MIkeala would only refund $36 and blamed it on owner policy. The next day due to the pending snow storm, I contacted a company that I had hired to remove my old furniture so that I could delay the scheduled pick up. I had already spoken to a representative at The Dump and was told that they could not give me a reschedule date for my delivery. As a result, I asked the company that I hired to remove my old furniture if they could also pick up my new furniture from The Dump and deliver to us for an extra fee and they said yes! So I cancelled the delivery with The Dump and requested my $600 delivery charge be refunded to me and that is when my troubles began! Mikaela the GM called the warehouse and blocked delivery order that I paid for, stating it was a customer request. She illegally withheld my order for over 3 hours until the owners were notified and got involved. The 3 hour delay resulted in the delivery company not leaving the Williamsburg warehouse until after 3:30pm and leaving our home until after 9pm. We tried to return our order before it left the warehouse and take our business elsewere but Mikaela denied the return. We w She harassed us for the delivery companyc we our hired because as she said " she didn'tlike them," was very argumentative, hung up on my husband, had our delivery blocked and delayed, and stressed us out for 3 days, all over a $600 delivery charge that we should not have been charged for, an inflated ego and poor management skills. Mikaela Melso was unjustly discriminatory, revengeful, abrasive, and threatening. I have reached out several times to upper management and have not received a courtesy response from the Regional Alex even though he has said he would address the issue. I have been a loyal customer both personally and professionally for over 14 years with Haynes and The Dump when customer service used to mean something. A "General Manager" is supposed to set the bar and exemplify honor in the brand they work for. Mikeala Melso did none of this and I am tired of paying for bad service. I no longer support the Haynes brand going forward and will gladly take my and my client's business elsewhere so long as she is a part of it. Overall, I like my furniture but I would have paid more elsewhere for better service. Do better Haynes!!

The Dump I got 1 twitn mattress and 2 bases there was nothin wrong with matterss but 1 base was missing parts and 2 base was broke parts but Jimmmy L Cunningh says would load up on my truck , people loadup says cound not loadup on my truck at all I would like find out why i got scam

If you buy here you better hope it never goes to crap! I haven’t even had my furniture a couple years and the sofa was coming apart. I purchased warranty on all furniture and the warranty company doesn’t stand behind it. They do everything to get out of repair. Everything they sell comes from China and Not made well. Don’t waste your money!

DO NOT SHOP HERE!!👎🏻 It took almost ONE YEAR to get my couch!!😡 And this so-called company DID NOTHING!!😡 They just kept saying “we’re sorry.” That’s it! DO NOT SHOP HERE!!👎🏾

Well look two reviews down my couch in middle sagged a ton they came out told me it was cushion they replaced it an its only months later it sagged again called them told them first time is a spring they told me no its cushion, replaced it again an then i called an they said we cant do anything for you , protectall protection plan i paid almost 300 dollars , said its not covered too . well i guess i just spent 3000 dollars for a couch for a year it needs to go Dump now an not furniture store dump i mean landfill. BE AWARE I WILL NEVER BUY A THING FROM THIS VERY UNPRFESSIONAL company again . I advise all don't go there to bay a thing i give them a -5 for customer service . an 10 at being a rip off!

I purchased furniture on line biggest mistake from the dump it was delivered July 27 on July 28 I contacted customer service and told them the furniture was the most uncomfortable furniture I have ever sat on it’s like a rock and ask to return it or exchange it for something we can actually sit on the customer service person told me no refunds for buyers remorse or comfort I asked for a Manager but never could get a number for a manager now $5000 later I will never order on line and never go shop at the dump
