I will never ever, ever buy furniture from The Dump again. We purchased a reclining sofa with a repair warranty. One of the recliners broke soon after purchase. I have been trying to have my recliner fixed since 5/26/20. Current date is 8/24/20. Now, we are about to move to another town. Noone to answer their customer service phone, noone to answer their online chat. The last time I talked to someone they told me they were understaffed due to COVID and would call me when they get a tracking # for the part. I DONT CARE WHAT THE REASON IS.
