I recently visited the I-45 store in Houston. The store looked great, but I was disappointed with the customer service. No one greeted me or asked if I needed help. A few minutes later, an older couple came in and were warmly welcomed by an employee, who introduced himself and offered to help them. I was planning to buy a kitchen table, but after my experience, I decided not to. I wanted to share this feedback in hopes it helps improve the customer experience. Thank you.

Living room couch purchased in May,2025. Leg lift stuck in the “up” position in Dec., 2025. Technician showed up Jan. 2025 and ordered a switch for repair (leg lift still in the “up” position. Talked with “costumer service” a few times and got promises of various actions to correct the problem with no actionable results. March 31, 2026: The foot rest is still sticking out in the middle of the living room. Customer service is a misnomer in this case. One star is the lowest rating available on your chart.

Updating my review because whenever a person or a company takes ownership of the mistake, and makes it right I'm appreciative. Things do happen were all human. My husband went to the dump the next day, and The Dump was able to make arrangements for our furniture to be delivered on the date we requested. My husband believes it was Danielle that helped him. If so, thank you Danielle and big shout out to Trevor who helped us pick out our furniture. The dining set and the sofa/Loveseat looks Amazing in our new home!! Thanks again

I wish I would have read about the poor customer service here before purchasing a mattress at the Dump. I was told it would take a week. It's been two and I'm being told it could be next week. But no promises. The sales person won't even call me back. I get text messages only. Customer service could offer nothing other than "it could be next week." Their advertising makes it seem like they have the merchandise in the back. Supposedly the mattress is being made in California "right now." that doesn't sound like big manufacturers unloading their unsold products.

I really wanted to give this place the benefit of the doubt. We loved the showroom piece, had a good experience in the store and were happy with the salesperson that told us we would have the furniture in 2-4 weeks. Flash forward to 8 weeks later... we have called several times, been disconnected, been told to keep waiting and that we would get a call back. Our most recent call we were told: "it isn't our fault", "we don't get paid until you get the furniture", "it is not us, it is the buyer", "we can't help you", "we are waiting on a call back from our shipper", etc. My spouse NEVER gets angry--but the salesman actually yelled at him and by the end of the call he was yelling back. We were contacted by the manager the next day and just wanted a firm date on when it was coming, but were told this isn't something they can promise and that they would call back again. We just wanted someone to keep in touch and to be honest with the date it would arrive---had they told us 8 -12 weeks in November that would have been fine. Now we have gotten rid of the couch that we owned so we would be prepared for this one's arrival. So instead I just cancelled our order as we don't want them to get our business. I would rather wait another 12 weeks for another couch from another vendor---obviously they don't care anyway.

Chuck at the Tempe, AZ store was very helpful. Also followed up on my order through text and phone call to make sure everything was OK. Excellent customer service.

$1700 sectional looks terrible after only ONE week. Terrible customer service. What I bought was trash....

Against our better judgment, when we bought a full living room set, we're pressured into buying a lifetime warranty. This warranty was supposed to cover everything. When the Springs on the recliner of the couch broke and could not be fixed, we contacted the warranty department. It took a month to send somebody out. The person who came was very pleasant. However, when we got a call back, we were told that springs were not covered under the warranty. The warranty is a waste of time and money. The quality of the furniture is horrible.
