I agree with other reviews DO NOT BUY FROM THEM
I agree with other reviews. DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! They do not take returns and claim that it is clearly stated on their website. It does say no returns but at the very bottom and in small print. It is to risky to buy formal dresses with no returns

Hi Carrie, I am so sorry that you had a negative experience with us. I just checked to see what the case was and saw that you had purchased a Final Sale item. Our final sale items are up to 90% off and our shipping is always free within the US and therefore we consider that a very good deal and make those items final sale so we can maintain those prices. All other items are always returnable for a refund minus a restocking fee or a a full amount store credit. Our return policy is stated in the footer of our website in a common size font like most of the other businesses and the description of the dress you purchased stated that the item is final sale. DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!
DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! I bought 3 dresses for my daughter's wedding, thinking I would like at least one of them but they did not arrive in time for the wedding! I had to find a different dress to wear. When I contacted customer service, they blamed the delay on UPS and said I only had 5 days to return. 5 DAYS!!!! I was even willing to pay the 20% restocking fee but they would not do a return at all. In all my emails back and forth, they did not mention the return policy. Very disappointed in this company. I will never buy from them again! I just wish I would have read the reviews before I placed my order.

Trying to return a Suit
Trying to return a Suit, emailed a requested for a return with order number, they respond to me several times with a different order number, so this went back und forward for several Days, I think they don’t want you’re Return, I am so frosted tried calling them no result, will never buy from them again 😡😡😡😡😡

Ghost dress
I needed a dress, so I start looking on the internet and I find one on their website. I really liked it, it was the last one, a great deal. I buy it and I start waiting, dreaming about my wedding dress. It took me months to find one that I really liked. The day finally comes. I open the box and... It's the wrong dress! Turns out, they got messed up and the one listed doesn't actually exist. The customer service first lied to cover it up, then admitted it and said "Unfortunately, this style is no longer available. Please let us know how we can help." Mistakes happen, but I consider this a bad experience. I won't use this website ever again.

DO NOT BUY HERE!!!!!!! They have horrible customer service . I bought a dress and found out there is a 20 percent restocking fee and a 10 percent cancellation fee. They wont even work with u . Worst company and website ive seen and ever delt with . Very rude !!!!!!! I dont even want to give them a1 star

Hi Bella, I am so sorry that you had a bad experience with us. I would love to explain to you why we charge 20% restocking fee and the cancellation fee. We are ONLINE only and therefore our warehouse works around the clock to fulfill orders. All our dresses are priced way below retail as well which makes our profit margin very thin. Once an order comes in, we start processing it right away and our team gets right to work. When we receive a cancellation, we already have worked on that order and it costs time and money for us to cancel it and therefore we have to charge that. The restocking fee is similar. Our prices are low and therefore we charge a restocking fee to maintain our prices and our quality. I understand that this is maybe not the ordinary way but it works for most of our customers since they know their brands and sizes. We would always love to assist you with finding the right size and fit to avoid the restocking fee or you can simply chose a store credit which is the FULL AMOUNT and never expires. bad customer service
Make sure you read the "easy returns" not so easy. They charge 20% restocking fee and you have to pay shipping for returns. My daughter's prom was cancelled so i needed to send the dress back. Even during these covid19 times they wouldn't even work with me on 10% nothing! I will never shop there again and will tell all my friends not to shop there. Bad customer service!
