The food is good. Dishonest subscription process. Like other reviewers, I did not realize I was signed up to receive the next order ONE WEEK after my first order. They did send an email letting me know that I'd be getting my 2nd shipment in 2 days, saying I needed to make changes within 24 hours. I asked for a refund within that time, but then they said it had already been processed and I couldn't get a refund. (However, they said that I could change my meals. I don't understand why they can't just cancel it if I was able to change my meals.) I actually like their meals, but I'm so offended by their unwillingness to refund and shady sign-up process that I don't want to give them my business.

Dishonest checkout and cancellation process. I only saw I was subscribed to a weekly service when I got the email. Nothing at checkout to indicate this When you go to cancel, they purposely disable the unsubscribe on the final screen on mobile phone. I had to go to a PC to cancel after reading someone's review here. I cancelled even before I tried and received the first order , not doing business with a company with no integrity.

Instead, the courier logged three consecutive failed delivery attempts, with customer support later admitting in writing that the parcel is completely stalled and undergoing managerial investigation. ​When I reached out to Cumin Club customer support to request a refund under their guarantee policy, they refused, forcing me to wait indefinitely while their courier conducts an internal audit. ​Under UK consumer law, retailer responsibility rests with the merchant, not their courier's delays. Extremely disappointing onboarding for a first-time customer. I would advise caution when purchasing if you expect reliable delivery or responsive support when issues arise.

Extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience with Cumin Club. I was hired to design and develop websites for the business, and I completed the work and delivered what was required. Despite receiving the completed work, I was never paid for my services. What makes this even worse is the complete lack of professionalism afterward. I have repeatedly tried to contact the business regarding the outstanding payment, but my calls are now being ignored and there has been no meaningful response. I invested my time, skills and effort into this project in good faith, only to be left without payment and without even the basic courtesy of a response. If you are a freelancer, developer, designer, or any other professional considering working with this business, I would strongly recommend getting payment terms clearly documented and protecting yourself before starting any work. A business should understand that professionals deserve to be paid for work that has been completed and delivered. Ignoring someone after receiving their work is simply unacceptable.

I have been delighted with cumin club! My family and I love the meals. They are flavorful and prepared in five minutes or less. As someone with chronic illnesses, sometimes I need to be able to eat a hearty meal without expanding the energy. It takes to create it. Human club is an excellent way for me to have delicious nutritious food that takes very little energy to prepare, and is not filled with preservatives and food coloring. I also really like that. It’s freeze dried so it doesn’t take up room in my refrigerator or freezer, as most meal prep subscriptions do. 10 out of 10. Would highly recommend.

Wanted to try some of their food for backpacking. Ordered some, didn't sign up for subscription, but they signed me up for one anway, and charged me for it. Then the process of unsubscribing is purposefully made to be a massive pain in the butt, just a truly awful company.
