The sheets are nice quality and very soft, but the elastic is 3/8” wide and it will not stay on the bed.

When I tell you we have spent so much money here, I mean it. My fiance bought linen sheets, he warned me they would be rough but needed breaking in. I’m sensitive to textures but these were literally SAND PAPER. I’ve washed them 8x lol and ironed, still gritty. Comforter is crackly, like it literally crackles like there’s paper ILO cushion. Mattress pillow topper, $200 flat as a pancake zero cushion. Why is ALL the material rough??Never again will I shop here and I will be “giving it a chance” but then I’m throwing them away and going back to Liz Clareborn where I should’ve STAYED!!!

I seriously cannot believe how bad their ordering and customer service is. I ordered a sheet, they sent the wrong one, it took me an email and three long phone calls to sort out the return and place an order for the correct sheet. I never received the sheet, had to endure a 27 min call all to find out they are sold out of the item. I am 2 emails, 4 calls and had to pack up and mail the wrong sheet back to them and I'm sitting with nothing but my anger.

I ordered a comforter back in September. It was supposed to arrive in a week to ten days. I called, item on back order, they said. But it will be there next week. I call again and was told if I changed the color to White, it was already in the Warehouse and it would ship right out. It didn’t. Then they wanted me to type in a new credit card. I did. I have been getting the most bizarre emails from them. They lie, make phony excuses and do not deliver. Never again. Canceling the order.

Terrible! Ordered a chaise cushion and a throw pillow with expected arrival of 9/8. The chaise cushion was canceled two days later for being out of stock. I checked back 2 days later and it was in stock so I ordered again with an expected date of 9/8 still. I checked the status on 9/6 for the original order (now the throw pillow only) and it said the entire order was canceled. I had never been notified the pillow was canceled. Then I checked the second order for the chaise cushion and it said expected 4/30/2024 — wut!? So I called and order number one was fully canceled already (again was only notified half that order was canceled) and with no dispute/apology/interest in keeping my business, after a short hold they canceled order number two for me. The company store is bo-bo.

I purchased pillow protectors for new very expensive goose down pillows and within a week something spilt on the pillow case and it went all the way thru the pillow protector!! I won't ever buy from this company again. Be aware false advertising on their products!!

Bad quality pillows for way too much money. Find a better place to buy from.

As it turns out after purchasing the sheets and washing and putting on a bed I learned they are falsely advertised. I called the company and was told these sheets are treated with formaldehyde. This is a gross misrepresentation of this product and false use of the STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX® certification.
