I wanted the best possible bath sheet for my best friend. I ordered Egyptian cotton but my order somehow bounced around and became Turkish cotton instead. I had it monogrammed so not returnable. Monogram looks different than I expected. Not sure why

Customer service stinks. Product not worth the money--almost no padding . I figured this out within five days of receipt. tried to return The website says not eligible for return. No indication of that on the order I placed. I have reached out to customer service and crickets.

Only gave it one star because it would not let me give zero. Worst company I have ever dealt with. Placed an order for ONE comforter on 10/28, called on 11/7 because it still had not shipped. Supervisor stated that there were having system issues but she would have it expedited that day. Called today, 11/10, as it is still pending fulfillment. Supervisor said they are trying to find the item in their warehouse and haven't been able to...like WHAT??? So I said to cancel it as this is now ridiculous, and they said they can't cancel because it is "in fulfillment". So, I have an authorization on my card for now just shy of 2 weeks, they can't find the item and they can't cancel it. Filed a fraud claim with my credit card. Customer service is a JOKE!

Placed an order in early-mid Sept and notified of a backlog with Sept 27 fulfillment date. Upon checking status on 9/30 was informed shipment was further delayed until November. Would have appreciated a follow up email as an additional 30-60 day delay was unspeakable and unacceptable. Being offered a substitute at this stage was offensive. Had trusted The Company Store’s quality for years but lack of transparency ranks them down to the bottom.

I gave it one star cause it’s the only option I had for a fake company. They billed my credit card as the company store and when I made an inquiry about where my sheets were, they were called Egyptian sheets and luxury linens. So in my personal case, they are as fake as can be. My credit card credited me back however this is why you should always check your credit card for scammers!

Unclear delivery dates. No customer support. Illusion of “quality” while dodging key metrics of “high quality”. Understood that Company Story works to target middle-class. Anyone who has taken a business course at a well-accredited school (I.e. non-community college, or adjacent) understands this company’s business strategy. Differentiation possible from more premium companies, high quality of materials, medium quality of delivery (I.e., significant manufacturing stitching errors impacting entire deliverable); overall quality has significantly deteriorated. The worst experience in this day and age with all the efficiencies and technology at our disposal. I inadvertently missed that the shipping address was incorrect and immediately called The Company Store to explain. After speaking to 3 people on a 1800 number I was finally told I had to wait 24 - 48 hours for the warehouse to get back to them but my order my have shipped to my incorrect address in the meantime. What on earth... 24-48 hours?? I have finally after nearly 24 hours managed to have the shipment stopped but they will email me sometime today to get the new shipping address.. are you actually kidding me... NEVER AGAIN... ever... and best of all... all 4 people said please wait for a brief survey after... click!!! No survey happened at all.

I purchased some bedding from this website, transaction was normal and it said nothing about being backordered when I purchased. I promptly received a shipment notification and then an email about 24 hours later that half of my order was canceled. So I called to make sure they would cancel my full order so that I dont receive only part of a set, which would be useless. I was assured on the phone that my full order was canceled and that my card would not be charged. Only to receive part of my order later in the week. What a waste of MY TIME to have to deal with a return when it was the failure of the company store that was unable to fulfill my order and then sent an item that they assured me was canceled.
