Bought a $50 bed pillow recently. Disappointed by the quality. The cover wasn’t cotton or soft. Plus, the pillow didn’t indent when pressed on - instead, it stayed in a hard lump. Most troubling, though, was that their website would not let me leave an honest review of their product. My review could not be submitted.

This company had such a great reputation. My friends always recommended them. I ordered towels on the recommendation of their phone agent. They were less than acceptable -- rough and thin. After one washing, they had discoloration! I haven't had that happen in years. I waited too long to return them so I'm stuck with them. I also ordered sheets. First time I put them on a bed, I noticed pulled threads and a hole right in the center front of the fold down. Completely noticeable. They are going to replace that one. But I'm 0/2 from them. I tried to get a mailing address for their president, but they wouldn't give it to me. If I were her, I would want to know that there is a quality issue. I won't be buying from them again.

I bought sheets that claim to be 400 thread count. They are so thin I can see my hand through them and they crinkle like paper. They are ridiculously wrinkled after I washed them. Cheapest product and I paid a lot of $ for them. Tried to leave a bad review on their site and it wouldn't go through. No surprise.

I am not sure where to start. Coming from a military family and am very much a consumer that buys USA only- am mad that I spent time looking into the company that advertises it is based in the USA. The company may say it is based in the US but the bedding I received is made in China!!! Totally dishonest on their website. I spent good money, the bedding is made well and my grandson loves his room. If I knew the products were coming from china, I would not have purchased! If you support USA companies, know this company is dishonest with advertising. Really sad.

I've purchased several items over the years and though I've been satisfied with the quality of the products, their customer service leaves much to be desired. I've had multiple bad customer service experiences with them. My most recent experience relates to their exchange policy. I recently purchased four pairs of slippers over the phone and when I asked if I could exchange them for a larger size if necessary, the salesperson stated I could in fact make an exchange. However, when I called to ask if I could exchange the slippers for a larger size (for the discount sales price I initially paid, I was told no. I'd have to return the item, pay the return fee, and place a new order for the regular price. I get daily promotional items from this company, including "site-wide discount sales" that are bait and switch and/or misleading advertising in that not all items on the site are included in the promotional sale. I will no longer be a return customer. Their emails will be directed to my junk email box.

This is the 2nd time I have gotten below average quality sheets from the company store. The 1st were linen- so course and scratchy that I could not use. They were a gift. I’m a linen sheet aficionado! The 2nd I just bought and paid for and washed so cannot return. So called percale. Actually I think they r burlap. So scratchy. So no more purchases here!

Rather poor service and communication. One item from my order was back ordered and 3 months after the expected ship date I had neither received the item nor heard anything, so I called for an update. Customer service rep told me that although the item was back in stock, the original Paypal authorization had expired. They apparently have no process in place to reach out to the customer in this kind of situation. I was told that I needed to provide a credit card number in order for them to ship out the item, so gave the number to the rep over the phone. Then I received a pending charge on my credit card for the entire amount of the original order, including the items that had not been back ordered (already paid and received). When I called back, I was told that because 'I' had changed the payment method, the charge was showing the entire amount but that I would be charged only for the items that shipped, when they shipped. From neither customer service rep did I receive any acknowledgement for the clumsy service, lack of organization or poor communication. The treatment from both reps was perfunctory at best. It did not seem to be the fault of any individual, but rather that this below average level of service is typical of this organization. I will avoid in the future and would not recommend.

This will be the third time that they were supposed to pick up a return. I am so annoyed. I was going to use the return for a birthday present but I couldn’t wait. I bought the towels and they charged me twice. I have been buying products from this store for ten years and they just lost my business.
