Very poor quality fabric
I wore your Agate Green Women's Long Robe for only a few times before the fabric began unraveling and pilling. I have not washed the robe and suspect the fabric will not hold up. It was an expensive robe and I wish I could get my money back for this inferior product. Thank you, Celia Kimball

Email promotion code never arrives
Like every other insufferable site, you are immediately presented with a box to enter your email to get 20% off. So you enter that. Oh, now you also have to provide your phone number and then you have to approve promotional texts from the store. Except, guess what, you never get the email or text with a discount code and I verified it is not in my spam folder. I attempted their chat support but it's a dead link. All they want is your data, nothing more.

In some cases, if the email address or phone number has already been registered in our system previously, a new 20% code will not be sent, and unfortunately our system does not currently notify customers when this happens, it simply does not generate another code. Ordered a mattress topper that looked nice online
Ordered a mattress topper and they shipped it in a box from China that arrived with so many rips and tears, I immediately called them to return it. They blamed UPS, that was a lie. I sent them pictures and had to use nearly a full roll of packing tape to then take it back to UPS. They then charged me $6.50 to return it! Never again will I order anything from this company. Avoid like the plague.

Defective bathrobe
I reached out because a bathrobe I received began to pill and fray and unravel after following washing /drying instructions. I was told it was normal. Nothing normal about this for a $100+ bathrobe. Very disappointed. They sent me a return label . Now it’s up to me to found packaging for a Terry cloth bathrobe! Never use this company agin.

Double-charged & 8 month backorder without updates
I placed an order during their Black Friday sale and received an order confirmation telling me my item would arrive by November 30th. Two and a half months later, my item has still not arrived and I received no communications from the company informing me of an updated estimate or any acknowledgement at all that my order was delayed. When I reached out to inquire about this, I was informed my item would be on backorder until July (8 months after my original purchase) with no apology or acknowledgement of this being an absurd timeline. On top of this, after I reached out to customer service with this inquiry, a new charge appeared on my credit card from the company charging me for the same item I already paid for in November a second time. So the item is backordered for 8 months and they have double-charged my card.

I ordered a full linen sheet set Nov
I ordered a full linen sheet set Nov. 9 and it was missing a flat sheet. I contacted support, they said a replacement was available and submitted the order. I checked the order a couple weeks later and they had cancelled the order for no reason. I contacted support again and the resubmitted the order. It is January 22 and I still have not received a flat sheet.

Horrible, rough, krinkly sheets.
I've never had such horrible sheets! Rough, krinkly, they even make krinkly noise when you move no matter that they've been washed with softer added. My husband won't even get in bed with these sheets. Can't believe they get good reviews. What a mistake buying these.
