I ordered a baby blue Turkish cotton bathrobe in the short length. It was just what I was looking for! Towel type, absorbent, and excellent quality. Good experience. I also ordered a super soft Long robe in grey, for my daughter. It looks like velour. It was just what she wanted!

I recently had a surprisingly pleasant experience with The Company Store. I purchased a quilt approximately 3 years ago and unfortunately the stuffing disappeared. After speaking with the company LIFE GUARANTEE department, they agreed to send me a new quilt at no cost to me. Another words, they lived up to their guarantee ! I was shocked that a company today was responsible enough to adhere to their promise. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for their products !

I have zero affiliation with this store and can only relate my experiences with them. I ordered a down comforter from them. I tried three other internet sites to order comforters with horrid results. Two out of three filled my order for express shipping (around $80) only to let me know days later that the items were on backorder. Great customer service to charge me for overnight shipping and then tell me a week later the items were on backorder. Anyway, The Company Store, got me my new comforter in four days. Amazing. The quality is very good and my wife loves the new comforter so much I am now ordering two more. I ordered the new ones on a Friday evening (thinking it would be Monday at the earliest before they would ship) and I got an email Saturday saying they had already shipped. This company is amazing. Amazing.

I HAVE PURCHASED FROM THIS COMPANY TWICE, THE FIRST TIME, YEARS AGO AND I STILL HAVE THE LINENS AND TOWELS LIKE NEW. THE QUALITY OF MY PRODUCTS EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS. MY LAST PURCHASE WAS SOMETHING I WISHED TO RETURN AND ONLY AFTER SENDING AN E-MAIL REGARDING MY ISSUE, THIS COMPANY REFUNDED NO QUESTIONS ASKED, I WAS VERY SURPRISED AND PLEASED. I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AND IF ANYONE HAS AN ISSUE WITH THEIR PURCHASE JUST CONTACT THEM VIA PHONE OR EMAIL, I AM SURE THEY WILL HANDLE IT APPROPRIATELY, DON'T POST NEGATIVE REVIEWS IF THE ISSUE CAN BE HANDLED PRIVATELY. THANK YOU AGAIN TO COMPANY STORE' CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I've ordered many sheet sets and comforters over the years, on average twice a year. I've never had a problem with customer service or the quality. I was surprised by the negative reviews, so I thought I'd add my experience.
