Look better than they feel

Coordinating pieces tough to find
I have loved everything I have gotten from Company Store BUT I don't understand finding coordinating pieces are not readily available I bought a patchwork quilt and shams that I love. But there are NO sheets that match I just bought sheets and pillow cases. There is not a quilt/duvet cover that matches. Also, looks like there's blue in the pic and iRL, it's purply and no blue at all

Mostly satisfied
I waited until my sheets & pillowcases were laundered and in use to submit a review. Pluses are the quality of the percale & no shrinkage. Very comfortable. Nice size on top sheets & pillowcases (king & standard). No ironing needed when promptly removed after drying. Only thing I’m not pleased about is the fit of the bottom sheet. It’s looser than I like. The elastic all around the hem doesn’t give the snug fit I prefer. Had I realized the sheet was made this way, I wouldn’t have purchased it. I don’t remember that being mentioned in the research I did before purchase. That keeps me from giving a 5-star review.

Shipped quickly and was exactly as…
Shipped quickly and was exactly as described. Very wrinkled after washing and drying is my only complaint. Purchased the percale in the amber color because my dog likes to lounge on the bed and you were out of the amber in the flannel which I would have preferred.
Response from The Company StoreApr 1, 2026
Hi. We’re glad your order shipped quickly and arrived exactly as described. Cotton percale is tightly woven for a crisp feel, which can make it wrinkle more easily; to reduce wrinkles, we recommend drying on a low heat setting, removing promptly, and smoothing by hand before folding or placing on the bed. Over time, the fabric should relax and soften with regular use and laundering, and we hope you continue to enjoy your amber percale sheets. If you need any additional assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us at 1-800-323-8000, or you may email us at [email protected]. Please note we recommend contacting us via phone for immediate assistance. Your satisfaction is important to us.

Just okay
My experience with the website was fine. My experience with promises from representatives was totally disappointing. It was also disappointing. The last time I dealt with representative and I decided not to order. I’m not sure why I thought I’d give it another try. The product I received was fine, but I’m not sure I would rave about it. The experience with Customer Service was disappointing.

Overcharge for sales mdse corrected by customer service
I ordered some sale merchandise and the order showed an addition discount. However, when I saw the confirmation copy I was charged the higher price. I called customer service and verified that the 40% discount was viable and reduced my total. First, a big thank you! I wore the pajamas last night and they are the cute “Kitty” pattern. Perfect fit and so comfortable! So, again, thank you!
Response from The Company StoreFeb 18, 2026
