I attempted an order once for bedding. I got an email confirmation with a FEDEX shipping number. However, FEDEX said there was no such shipment. After weeks of asking for a refund, I threatened to file a fraud complaint with my credit card company. They finally relented and refunded my payment. I now get their mailed catalog many times per year. I have requested removal 4 times now. They've followed me even after moving. I'll NEVER purchase from them again and I'm now on a crusade to eliminate this catalog from polluting my mailbox!

I was given a gift card. My item was over the amount of the gift card. Most companies if you have an item over the amount of the gift card will let you pay the remaining balance with another credit card. I have never had problem with that except at the Company store. So i selected another item that was similar but cheaper. I have $5 left on a gift card that I can't apply to anything in their store beause there is nothing for that price and I can't use a credt csrd to make up the difference in price. They will only accept 1 card per order. So essentially they make the $5 I can't use. That could add to alot of money if they are doing that to others. I coud have purchased a better quality product elsewhere for less money.

Over two months to get items that were in sotck. Terrible customer service no help lost order online tracking showed no order 4 phone calls two supervisors yuk! . Dont shop here!

I bought a comforter which fell apart within 5 months. Company store customer service was ridgid and awful. It took hours for a return call from a supervisor, who explained that a third party had manufactured the comforter so it wasn't under a guarantee. No more company store.

I received a gift from this place, then I tried a half dozen times to get off their catalog mailing list - it is impossible. They should be renamed the horrible company store.

I used to consider the company store to be of good quality...not now. I purchased a flannel duvet cover and put the quilt in today. A holy mess. It will not smooth out, nor will the quilt stay even in the bottom. I have used duvets for over 30 years and this is the worst. The fabric is a holiday print, pretty, and I will only be using it folded up at the bottom of the bed so am able to tuck and smooth. Probably a lot of work when making the bed. If you want a duvet cover for the whole bed forget it. Last time shopping with them.

Absolutely the WORST return policy anywhere!!! First they contacted me 4 weeks after my order - they no longer were selling the item - I changed the color but they shipped me the wrong size product - they finally shipped the right product and double charged me - still waiting to see the credit 7 weeks after my initial order!!! Also they do not email you a shipping label - you have to wait for the fed ex shipper to do a pick up (who didn’t show the first time)!!! Shoo anywhere but here.

I have bought a lot over the past 30 years from Company Store but quality is now a real problem. Two cases: I bought a fluffy bathroom floor rug in navy. It's still bleeding blue dye all over anything else in the load and has gone from navy to royal blue. It has shed enough fluff to fill a soccer ball by now. Okay, it was not expensive but there is no excuse for this low quality. It's going in the charity box. Earlier I had bought a coverlet in "denim" blue but it was actually more teal than blue (too much green). The Company buyers are getting sloppy. That one I sent back. I may be through with them.
