I purchased slippers that were fairly pricey but looked like they would be worth it. I used the sizing chart online and when they arrived, they were so small I couldn't even get my foot into them. When I went to return the item, the instructions were not clear and I had to call the site. They claimed I had to return by UPS where they would pick it up and of course I had to pay for the return. I never received my refund. I called to find out what was going on and was on the phone for a half hour while this person tried to figure out why my refund was such a mess. I received an email that my refund was on the way and 2 months later, I still have not received it. Do not purchase anything from this company!

quality is TERRIBLE so cheaply made and and then they charge a $2.95 restocking fee PER item. So if you buy 4 bath towels in a set you still pay $2.95 x 4. and they make you return the item then they make you call them once they confirm they received your return to give them your payment information again so they can refund your card and wait another 1/2 hour for someone to pick up the phone. DON'T EVER PURCHASE HERE, EVER!

Customer service is awful. Ordered a robe 12/4 and was told a week after that it was back ordered. Then I got another email a week later saying it was now back ordered until mid April. I wrote 5 emails asking to cancel my order and heard nothing. I am now writing my 6th in hopes someone will listen. If you plan on ordering be sure you don't need customer service.

I ordered a pair of slippers from this horrible store on December 6, their site said the item would ship in 1-2 business days. After two weeks and no shipping confirmation I called. They couldn’t help me and said I should call the company who makes the slipper. I did and they were clueless as well, asked me to call back later after they had a chance to speak to their warehouse. I called back that afternoon to see what he found out and he acted like I was an idiot to be calling again. I called the stupid company store again. They tried to pawn me off on the manufacturer again. She finally came back and told me the item wouldn’t be available until after Christmas. I said fine and let the recipient of the gift know that their gift would arrive late. Then on December 28th I received an email saying they would not be able to fulfill the order and that it had been cancelled. Buyer beware! This is the sorriest most unorganized poor excuse for a company I have ever dealt with. How they stay in business is beyond me. Never again will I do business with their “company”.

Wouldn't even give these guys 1 star if 0 stars were an option; I placed an order on black friday for a bath robe...had to select a color other than what I wanted because everything else showed out of stock. So I expected to get the robe for Christmas. After 2-1/2 weeks I finally got an email saying it had shipped. Well...Christmas came and went and I never got the robe; the tracking number showed a label was created but it never got to UPS...so apparently company store never shipped it. When I called to speak to customer service...the woman I spoke with (Loretta...who I would guess was 80 years old) took about 15 minutes looking over the order to tell me what I already knew (that the label was created and never shipped), but was condescending...not the least bit empathetic that the gift I ordered for Christmas never arrived...and then tried to charge me MORE for the re-order (all while trying to convince me that 21% discount...the same discount I would get by just opening up their web site...was a great deal. After all of this I asked to speak with her supervisor...who sounded even older and more confused and didn't do diddly squat for me. I'll NEVER shop at Company store again...what a massive disappointment!

I placed an order with The Company Store for an item that was on back order and would not ship for 2 months. That was fine until a hold was placed on my bank account. I immediately cancelled the order as it was the week before Christmas and the amount was over $200. Almost 2 weeks later the hold is still on my account and I still do not have access to my money. I have emailed and called The Company Store numerous times. I have received no response to my emails - nothing. Every time I call (at least 4 times beginning the morning after I placed the order) I’m told the hold will be removed by midnight. It is still on my account and my bank cannot remove the hold without authorization from The Company Store. The only reason I placed the order in the first place is their website said I would not be charged until the item shipped - it said nothing about a hold being placed on my account. DO NOT ORDER from The Company Store! They hijacked my account and money and ignore my calls, emails and requests.

Purchased some pajamas and after the first wash (short cold water cycle, washed before using it) the colors bled so my white and red pajamas are now pink. I contacted customer service right away and they responded 2 weeks later with no resolution, just asking me to send the faulty ones back (didn't specify how or where to send them) and to call them back to place another order. Why would I want a second pajamas if they clearly are so poorly made they can't stand 20 minutes in cold water?? Very dissatisfied with the product and the incompetent customer service.

Ordered a comforter almost 2 years ago which they oversold and they canceled my order. I am yet to be refunded after many phone calls...wish I could give 0 stars.
