Great Package ... Great deal
It was really nice to order The City Case Passes for Paris right here from the US and have them sent directly to us before leaving on our trip! We had been to Paris before and used the Paris Pass, which was really good, but we had to find our way to the special office once we arrived to pick up the tickets. This is SO convenient and it feels great to know we will arrive with our tickets in hand!! The City Case group also gave us options at a very reasonable price. And our package came exactly when they said it would be shipped with everything we had ordered ... very impressed!

Very Good Service
There was a slight delay (3 days) in the estimated time of arrival of the passes, but City Case was nice and overnighted the passes to me. Great service.

Fantastic Customer Service!
My friends and I are going to Paris in April. After ordering our passes from citycase, we were all contacted with information and help from customer service. I actually had some additional questions which I sent. I received an immediate response. I feel as though these people are my friends. Merci!

This was the best purchase for my trip hands down..
After seeing so many people, companies websites offering the same thing.. I found The City Case to be the best of them all.. From A to Z you do it all one card/ticket. The time I saved allowed me to double what I thought we would be able to do.. I would advise everyone to us...

Using City Case to order museum passes is like having your own private tour guide.
City Case made planning our trip to Paris very easy and worry free. Our museum passes arrived in plenty of time - just as promised. They required a signature, which was great. They weren't just left at the front door. There were several options for different types of passes and different lengths of stay. There is something for everyone. These folk could not have been more wonderful!
Time was running out and City Case over night, sent our passes for Paris at no extra charge to us! Any question I had before my final decision, was answered PROMPTLY!
