Wanted to try somewhere new to eat everything is disgusting!! Including the cheesecake never again will I go back and took 2 hours for our food to come...

My daughter sweet 16 was at the Braintree branch while we singing my daughter happy birthday a rat ran past her head. Got cought on camera. After that incident me and my poor daughter was embarrassed. She will neva forget her sweet 16.

My friend and I went to Lake Grove location on 1/23/21 11.45 am...Ordered cosmopolitan ...I had cosmo there a few times in the past..This was the worse I ever taste...It’s wasn’t made from cranberry juice ..worse of all I did taste any alcohol in it...I keep seeping and waiting to get the right taste and asking my friend if she is testing just sugary juice.also..She said doesn’t taste like cosmo at alll.....We should of complain that time...After paying $14 a glass it’s impossible not to complain...They should have trained stuff...

I have eaten at the Quaker Bridge location for many years. The food was always good. Since COVID19 I have been ordering from there with Doordash. A year ago, the food was good. I usually order the meatloaf. The last two times the meatloaf was burned and there was no mashed potatoes on the plate. I swore my relationship with the restaurant was over. However, today I tried again. The vegetables were scorched and some were actually blackened. They were tasty enough. The smashed potatoes had obviously been smashed before they were done, and about one quarter of the potato was sitting among them like someone had thrown a piece of a partyly baked potato in the smasher. It was raw and very unappealing sitting in the mashed potatoes with gravy. I called the restaurant and was told that the potatoes were supposed to have chunks in it. When I explained that this was more than a quarter hunk of potato, the young woman could not have been less interested. No more Cheesecake Factory meatloaf for me!

Had dinner with a friend and enjoyed good, fast and friendly service. Such a fan of their sautéed shrimp clubhouse salad. I also had the Ultimate Red Velvet cheesecake, yummy：）

The cheesecake located at Ponce de Leon in coral Gables Florida, the cashier (Elizabeth) . I asked for 2 slices of cake she was wearing gloves and she kept touching her mask yo pull it up, with the same hands with the gloves she was touching the cake to put it in the container, now.... Explain this to me.... If you are touching your mask 😷 how in the world with the same gloves that she never changed you are touching the cake, I asked to please do it again and I even apologize for asking her to do that but the covid is a serious problem, of course she didn't like it and I disliked her attitude as well , she should be the one apologizing. Cheesecake CEO if you want people to come to your restaurants train your very poor informed employees what they should do

First Cheesecake order I placed I cancelled in Door Dash site, and immediately place a different order with Cheesecake Factory, I received text message that first order was cancelled. Both orders were over $80.00, the Dasher delivered the CANCELLED order, I called Cheesecake Factory, a manager was called to the phone, he asked several questions and stated a cancelled order disappears from their screen, CAN'T BE IF THE CANCELLED ORDER WAS STILL PREPARED AND DELIVERED TO ME..... he tried to make it sound like it was my fault..... REMEMBER, I received a text message stating order was cancelled. I hung up on him, and called Door dash.... the food was cold, and not tasty at all

Ordered curbside service Togo for my bf and I. I ordered online and tipped 20%. I received a text my order was ready and went to pick up my food. I texted saying I was here and nobody responded. I sent several text no response, so I called. The hostess was so rude and basically told me to go to the bakery. The only reason I’m giving two stars is because the people working at the bakery were nice. I had stale bread in my order and it wasn’t even a full amount. It wasn’t even busy and the host needs to find a new job if she can’t handle customers. Will not go back to this location. I went to the location in Franklin, TN.
