We arrived and were told it would be an hour wait. After about 30 mins I checked on our spot. The girl at the desk said 40 mins. When my husband said he was told an hour. After 40 mins I went and asked again and the guy at the desk said we would be waiting the full time of an hour to an hour and 30 mins which was not what we were told. Also waiting was not the issue. The issue was that time continued to be added to our wait and no one said anything.

I arrived 5 minutes before it was time to pick up my food. I called tirelessly for 30 minutes and no one ever answered! It’s easy to say why didn’t I just go into the store to grab my food but I’m handicapped and if I would’ve known that they would not have answered I would have not ordered to begin with. Then someone finally answered the phone and I placed on for 10 minutes before someone finally picked up and hung up. When I finally gave up, I just wanted to be refunded but I still couldn’t get someone on to do that for me. I just didn’t want them to think that I placed my order and failed to pick it up. This was the absolute worst experience that I have had at any of their establishments. It’s ok to be busy however make it easier for the company and the consumer by NOT allowing us to order curbside if no one will be available to bring out the food.

Two weeks ago, friends and I went to Cheesecake factory and waited an hour before being seated and placing our orders. When the food arrived it had been an hour and a half, so a couple of us decided to take our meal as a carry out. I left a cash tip but was also charged a tip on my credit card receipt. When I contacted the manager I was told my card would not be charged, however, the next day I looked on my account and it was charged. I've called twice again since then and each manager told me the charge would be removed. As of today my credit card is still charged for the tip.

We had a fun at the factory. Nat was knowledgeable of the menu and give good advice to the food that we may like. His personality was very calming and had good timing as to not interfere with the meal between my wife and me.

My wife ordered a cheese cake for a family birthday party. It was to be “ready to serve” and ready for pickup after noon on the scheduled day. When I picked it up at 3:00, my order could not be found initially. When the ticket was located, a cake was brought from the kitchen. The strawberry and blueberry topping and whipped cream were in separate containers and the chocolate sign that was supposed to be decorated with Happy Birthday and the name was missing. it was already cut with paper sticking above the slices. So it almost frozen, not ready to serve and not decorated. Although, when it thawed enough it tasted as great as you would expect, it was a terrible disappointment. A $65.00 disappointment!! It would not prevent me from eating there, but I would never order a cake again, for any reason!

My name is Julian my experience this past Saturday at cheesecake factory Opry mills. At 11:30 I find a seat at the bar. The bartenders it was a female and a male they greet me right away. Very kind and professional offer me a drink or brunch I was very excited because it is a new restaurant. This guy is a professional. And the food was awesome Beautiful plate. Very clean my chicken salad was amazing and also the bartender recommended the Mexican soup with chicken what can I say it was delicious. I have been in restaurant industry over 20 years The culture and the attitude of the servers in the managers are like your neighborhood restaurant they are professional and very kind and they were extra mile to do something for you if you ask thank you guys thank you t cheesecake family. I would definitely come back.

I went to several locations and every location there's always something with a service. Either it is slow or rude. Seems like they have poor employee management.

I had a very bad experience is too dark at diner time l was not able to reed the menu And when l request if they can put up the lights they said NO” l order a herbs salmon but it was burned l got one bite and the l give back they Ofer me and other one, but l said no. And they still try to charge me the plate . I definitely not recommend this place to go.
