Get a better cut of steak, if you are going to charge $45+ for a steak dinner with undercooked green beans, give us a quality steak, mine was 45% fat & gristle, you are probably buying USDA Select, move up to Choice, I don't expect Prime, but you can do better for your guests.

had their cheese cake it was really good. Mud cake wasnt that good though. Overall, they are my go-to everytime i am craving cheese cakes

My worst experience while visiting Waikiki, Hawaii, was eating at the Cheesecake Factory. On Wednesday, 9/9/26, we visited the Cheesecake Factory in Waikiki, Hawaii. After waiting an hour to be seated, we were finally ready to order. The waiter came by about 10 minutes after we were seated to tell us that the bread was not ready and that he would be back when it was. That took another 15 minutes. By then, another party had been seated, and the table to our right, which arrived just before us, was already being served. As we waited, the waiter returned to say the bread was still coming. I asked if we could order drinks, and he replied, "Sure you can," as if I had to ask. It took another 20 minutes for him to return. The tables to our left and right received their food and left, even though one of those tables arrived 30 minutes after us. After an hour and a half, the only things had we received were the dessert, which came out first, our drinks, and one appetizer. No entrees arrived after an hour and a half, so we decided to complain. The manager came out with our entrees in to-go bags and apologized for the wait. I explained to him that it was no longer a wait, but rather unprofessional, disrespectful, and, I felt, intentional. He offered to remove the cheesecake from the bill. I told him to remove everything because we were leaving and not eating there. I paid for what we had consumed and left. The waiters had paid special attention to the tables on either side of us, making sure they were satisfied, while we still had not even received our appetizer. Thank you for the warm welcome, Cheesecake Factory; we get the message.

we really hated the change in the da vinci pasta,we loved the da Vinci pasta and now that it has changed we may not go back. and when we told the server we were not happy she did nothing. She could have told her manager and with enough feed back about it would get the changes changed back. so i am sure our review does not matter but at least I put it out there.

My mother went to The Cheesecake Factory yesterday. The party she was with for lunch tried to order the salmon. They were out. She tried to order a veggie burger. They were out. She ended up ordering a mexican dish and ended up with cyclospora. The management has been more than rude when addressing the concerns.

I love the Cheesecake Factory, I go there almost every time during a celebration / event. The customer service is great, the cheesecake is great, however the food is hit or miss. The dishes that are served with rice are not so good because the rice are like mini pebbles in your mouth. It could be just the location I’m in though.

Horrible experience at The Cheesecake Factory. We waited an hour and a half for our food, which is completely unacceptable. We ordered nachos as a starter and pasta as our main course, but the wait was ridiculously long. The customer service from our waiter, Luigee, was extremely disappointing. There was very little attention to our table, and the overall service was pathetic. The nachos were honestly the worst nachos I’ve ever had—bland, disappointing, and definitely not worth the price. The pasta was also not worth the long wait. Overall, a terrible dining experience from start to finish. Extremely poor service, an unacceptable wait time, and disappointing food. I definitely won’t be coming back and would not recommend this location

went while i was in the us on exchange. food was okay - not amazing, not bad, about what i expected. portions are enormous for me, everyone warns you about it and it still catches you off guard. worth going once for the experience, and the cheesecake is the part that lives up to the name!
