Thanks for the review, Germaine. We're sorry you feel that way. On the contrary, we’re very customer friendly and we do everything to assist you during and after your purchase. However, there are limits to your requests. Your order was delivered over a month ago. As we explained to you over the phone numerous times and stated in our company policy, you have 14 days from the delivery date to inform us with any issues. It is rare, but mispackaging can happen from the factory time to time. This is something we cannot foresee or control as the boxes come sealed. Now, you notified us on Monday, 5/9/22 regarding this issue. Again, our company policy indicates that all replacements are shipped via ground or freight due to weight and size of the boxes. You also indicated that you need the cabinets by Friday, 5/13/22. For that reason, we decided to ship it 3 Day select via UPS. Our associates attempted to contact you and your husband numerous times with no success. As we did not hear from you, we made the decision to ship it out right away to prevent any more delays from the delivery date of Thursday, 5/12/22. When an issue is reported, a claim report is created, and investigation must take place. We must look at pictures, track containers to see where this issue originated. FYI, claims can take up to 7 days. In this case, we expedited all the process and handled it within the same business day. We cannot and do not overnight large packages, especially when reported after the 14-day grace period. Again, we are sorry you are not satisfied with our speedy response and handling of the situation. Your package will arrive Thursday, 5/12/22. The Cabinet Spot Team

Hello Perla. Thank you for your review. We appreciate your business. We take pride in our customer service and the products we provide. We respectfully have to disagree with you on the quality of our products. Our RTA cabinetry is superior to what is on the market and we have thousands of customer from contractors to homeowners who will agree with us. As for price, yes, prices have risen due to the current situation throughout all industries and yet we are still competitive and provide high quality RTA cabinets compared to the market.
