Thanks for the review, Germaine. We're sorry you feel that way. On the contrary, we’re very customer friendly and we do everything to assist you during and after your purchase. However, there are limits to your requests. Your order was delivered over a month ago. As we explained to you over the phone numerous times and stated in our company policy, you have 14 days from the delivery date to inform us with any issues. It is rare, but mispackaging can happen from the factory time to time. This is something we cannot foresee or control as the boxes come sealed. Now, you notified us on Monday, 5/9/22 regarding this issue. Again, our company policy indicates that all replacements are shipped via ground or freight due to weight and size of the boxes. You also indicated that you need the cabinets by Friday, 5/13/22. For that reason, we decided to ship it 3 Day select via UPS. Our associates attempted to contact you and your husband numerous times with no success. As we did not hear from you, we made the decision to ship it out right away to prevent any more delays from the delivery date of Thursday, 5/12/22. When an issue is reported, a claim report is created, and investigation must take place. We must look at pictures, track containers to see where this issue originated. FYI, claims can take up to 7 days. In this case, we expedited all the process and handled it within the same business day. We cannot and do not overnight large packages, especially when reported after the 14-day grace period. Again, we are sorry you are not satisfied with our speedy response and handling of the situation. Your package will arrive Thursday, 5/12/22. The Cabinet Spot Team

Hello Lanza. Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear that you felt we neglected your request, however, we searched our email system and do not have a response from you. We spoke with Jabril as well and he did not receive an email directly from you. As you can see from other reviews we are very responsive to all emails and calls. We receive hundreds of emails a day and sometimes they can get lost or even get caught by filtering system. If you did not hear from us, you could have simply called us directly. We don't feel we did any wrong doing to deserve a 1 star review. We encourage you to rethink your star rating. Thank you for your honest review, Jennifer. We are truly sorry for the bad experience you have endured with our service. Typically, we do not receive single cabinet orders and this type of human error from our warehouse if very rare. After speaking with the employee who packaged your cabinet, we did find out that it was a simple code error form DB30 to B30, which is not an excuse and is unacceptable. We take our customer satisfaction very seriously and will make sure this type of error does not happen again. As for the replacement, we use GSL which guarantees next day delivery to Arizona. When you notified us of this error, we took action right away. As you can see from the tracking, the replacement item was shipped on the 25th of March and was due to arrive on the 26th. We have opened an investigation with GSL to see why there was a delay. I'm sure you can understand that this is something that is out of our control. As appreciation of your business, we have refunded the shipping cost which you paid for this single cabinet order. Thank you again for your understanding. The Cabinet Spot Team

Hello Chris. Thank you for your review. We are sorry to see that you have given us 1 star review. We appreciate your business and would like to hear from you personally. To clarify, we sell RTA (ready to assemble) cabinets. This is stated everywhere on our site and on the quote we sent you before you purchased. We’re not sure why you were expecting assembled cabinets to arrive, but you may have not paid attention to the information provided and the designer you worked with. Comparing our product to Ikea is not reasonable as our quality and design is superior. Our lacquer white euro cabinets are at the highest quality and you would not find anything like this for the price you purchased ($6500 with free shipping). As for damages, we do not control the freight carrier and these things can happen, especially when it is traveling coast to coast. It looks like we took care of it for you right away. You have total of 14 cabinets to assemble, not 90. Assembly is very simple and if you had any difficulties, we’re just a phone call away for assistance. We sent you the design based on what you wanted as our designer spent multiple days working with you on the changes. We do not provide installation instructions. This is something you need to know how to do or hire a professional to do it for you. There are also many YouTube videos you can search for on how to install cabinets on walls. We feel the frustration in your review and are sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with our product and service. We feel that we did everything which would be satisfactory to our customers and do not deserve a 1 star review. We are still here to assist you if you need guidance with your installations. Well Debbie, we were eagerly waiting for this one star review. Unfortunately, we can’t assist anyone who does not want to be assisted. See, we investigate every review and the experience our customer encounter when shopping with our company. This way, both sides are heard. You contacted us 5 days after your cabinets were delivered (day before Thanksgiving) and claimed to have damages and the wrong items. You also did not allow our agent to speak for a very long period as you expressed your disappointment and did not allow our agents investigate the situation in order to assist you. See, we can’t predict damages during transit. These types of things can happen. By you not inspecting the cabinets upon delivery before beginning your project, let’s call that a beginner’s mistake. We also discovered that we did not send you wrong sizes as the blueprint you sent us has matched the order. All email transcripts are saved, and we have read them all. From the day you contacted us back in August, all our agents have been nothing but professional and attended all your needs. We gave you additional discount as you were on a budget. We even held your order passed the 60 day hold deadline. We also sent the replacements by having our great customer service agents stay late a day before a holiday to make sure the replacements were shipped out (UPS was running late due to the holiday traffic). We truly understand your frustration as anyone would feel the same in your situation. But to just blame things on others without understanding or allowing us to assist you will not resolve anything. We are always nervous and hopefully wait for a perfect delivery by the freight carriers on all our orders by our customers. And if there are any damages or mistakes, we take care of it right away, as we did for you. This as been proven time after time by our customers. We’ll take the one star and continue to provide great customers service. Hello Natasha. Well, we were thrown off by your one star review. So, we wanted to do a little digging to find out what took place with your order for us to get the lonely star. Turns out, you had ordered a replacement door from a kitchen order that your father had placed in 2015. Since there was no evidence of how the damaged took place to the original cabinet after three years of use, we made an exception to only send you the face of the cabinet and take a loss on the rest as cabinets are sold complete with the box and the face. The replacement was sent out to you was inspected before shipping. The damage was caused during shipping by UPS due to mishandling which is out of our control. Another replacement is being shipped out to you. We highly doubt this excellent customer service provided by our team deserves a ONE star review, but we understand that frustration. Thanks again! However, damages by the carriers is not in our control and we do not believe we deserve and one start review which had nothing to do with our service to you. If there was damage to the original order and it was reported in 2015, we would have sent the replacement right away. Hello Steve. Thank you for your review. We are sad to hear that you are not happy with our service. So, we did a little investigation. After speaking with Vic, who oversaw handling your design and order, here are the facts. Looks like you had made many changes to your design from your original blue print. The final design that you signed off on had a wall cabinet that was 21" wide which is a single door. This is the blue print you received from Vic and approved. The same design 3D picture showed two doors on the same 21" instead of one, which Vic admits that it was his error by not changing it visually to a single door as he was rushed last minute to meet the Black Friday sale deadline for you. We have emails that clearly show Vic apologizing for the error. This does not change the fact that the blue print is correct for your kitchen design and every cabinet sent was correct as well. As for the damages by UPS freight and touch up kit, it also looks like you also had broken the panel yourself which Vic stated that he would send the free touch up kit together once you order the replacement panel. Last email stating this from Vic to you was on January 8th with not response. You responded 12 days later about getting the replacement. How all this come together to a one-star review and beware warnings is surprise to us. We always take care of our customer needs (see our track record) and any errors that may be from our end or shipping damages. Thank you again for your review and we have your touch up kit ready to ship once you order your replacement panel.
