Once the shipment is handed over to UPS, the delivery timing of each box is unfortunately outside of our control. At times, carriers will scan, route, and deliver packages separately even when they leave us together. We completely understand how it can be frustrating when everything does not arrive at the same time. However, we regret to hear about the condition of the packages upon delivery. We have received the pictures from you. Some of the boxes do have cardboard tears and damages on the surface and we are hopeful the components inside will be in good condition. While we put immense effort into ensuring that our products are packaged in the best possible manner, the handling by the freight company during transit is unfortunately out of our control. We genuinely understand your concerns. Please know that The Cabinet Spot stands behind the quality of our products and we are here to support you. If, upon opening the boxes before installation, you discover any damages, please reach out to us with the pictures, and we will ensure prompt replacement of the affected items.
