It was a very smooth process and arrived 3 days after I ordered it. I placed 2 orders in two weeks. The dry ice bags in the first one were somehow cut but the website even states that is not a problem. This is the first bread I tasted over here that is exactly like in Germany!!! Each order was carefully packed. Finally, authentic German bread!

Brot Box is fantastic! I came for the pretzels, discovered the other delicious choices, and stayed because my body says it's cleaner than what I can get at the grocery store. It doesn't hurt my stomach like grocery store bread. The best part for me as a diabetic who is sick of keto bread, if I can keep it at 1 serving... it doesn't mess with my blood sugar, and I get to eat real bread. It's the only bread I buy now.
