Great bread that you don’t have to feel guilty about eating. The flavor and texture of the low carb power rolls are wonderful but the nutritional value is unbelievable. High protein and low net carbs never tasted so good! I like to top mine with soft boiled eggs or smoked salmon and cream for even more protein. My other favorites are the traditional brotchen, the German Country Loaf and the Swiss Sour Dough. Top notch quality and super fast shipping. I think I’m on my fifth order now.

I love this company. I don't feel like I am choking on my bread. Easy to prepare and because you can keep them in the freezer they las. Also it takes no time to bake them approx. 10 minutes for the rolls. I loved that I was able to get all kind of different rolls. Truly a taste home!

I grew up in Switzerland, living in the US for 38 years. There is very few things I miss about Switzerland, but bread is definitely one I always missed. Now I have brotbox and I don’t miss fresh bread anymore. Tried different breads and love them all. But the croissant tops it all. What a treat in the morning to bake a fresh croissant, just like in Europe.
