Hi Carol. I'm really sad as we've never had a 2-star review before :(. I hope that we can remedy that and you will update the rating. Yes, we are a U.S. based company and our standard office hours are 9am - 6pm central standard time. However, I did research your conversation history with my support team and all tickets were answered the same day (within 24 hours). The best way to compensate for the time difference is to lump your questions into one request. (I see that there were several back and forths about your domain email address - this is technically not even part of our service and is provided by your domain registrar - in this case I believe that is our domain partner GoDaddy - but it looks like Dan really went above and beyond to help you get it all sorted out.) There is a lot to learn with blogging and you are correct. That is why most people give up. BlogPress is the only company that will help with the things you've needed help with like domain email, aligning images, setting up your theme, etc. Please be patient with yourself and with our support team and we will answer all of your questions and help you in any way that we can. You are welcome to try other services and at this point, I may recommend it so that you do can see how truly awesome BlogPress is. A large number of our customers leave and return because they realize that the grass is not necessarily greener and the level of service and support that we provide is excellent.
