As others have noted, they trick you into a subscription when you think you're making a one-time purchase. Also, the process to cancel the subscription on their website is unduly complicated. I wish I read the review before purchasing. They got me for 3 shipments and $50 when all I wanted was 1 for $15. AND the product doesn't work very well.

The product is awful and they trick you into a subscription. AVOID THIS COMPANY

STAY AWAY! This company is the worst, unprofessional. There the worst in refunding your money. My item was sent back and never got my money back. They don't have a contact number, the only way you can contact them is thru email. Is been almost 2 months and I haven't received my refund. Usps say package was delivered but they keep giving me excuses after excuses. So think twice purchasing item from them. UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY

The billing practices of The Beard Club, Westwood NJ, are unacceptable. The Beard Club charged my account without authorization for a renewal I never agreed to, and without any prior notice. Furthermore, the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, even though I never requested the product.

Edit: Had a same day resolution for a refund for the order, for which they somewhat justified their stance. It's alright, it's taken care of. Products are okay. Just keep an eye out on the subscriptions. :) Old: Scummy. Nowhere was it made obvious it would auto-renew on a subscription. Charged me and won't let me remove payment methods. It's also the most tedious process to remove subscriptions I've ever encountered. Will update review if they manage to cancel my order that I didn't ask them to place.

Products are low quality. Customer service is horrible. Automatically charged my every month, even though I cancelled the subscription immediately. Continued to bill and flood my mail box with daily emails. Continued to bill even after I requested to delete the account and all my personal info. This has been going for 4 months, still getting billing request and daily mails. Constantly asking to delete all info and remove payment info, no change at all.

File a complaint with the CFPB and your state attorney general as this company seems to be violating state and federal regulations relating to unfair and deceptive acts and practices.

Poor customer service. Automatically renewal even though they gave a 30 day trial. I contacted them to cancel and they still shipped and billed me. I tried to dispute and they robbed me for another month without receiving the product for the next month. Buyer beware.
