They use a 3rd party shipping company and they left it outside on a main street after business hours. After contacting them they are not helpful at all and so not want to give a refund and just flat out stopped contact. I requested that they use a different legit shipping company like USPS, FedEx or UPS but have been ignored.

I ordered from The Beard Club to try their products and was disappointed with the quality. To make matters worse, I later discovered that I had been unknowingly signed up for a recurring subscription, resulting in another order I never intended to place. This is an extremely sneaky and deceptive business practice. Companies should earn repeat customers by offering good products, not by tricking people into subscriptions they don’t realize they’re signing up for. To their credit, customer support canceled the unwanted order and issued a refund within about 10 minutes of my request. However, that doesn’t excuse the way the subscription was presented in the first place. The entire experience left a terrible impression. I would never buy from this company again. Be very careful when ordering from The Beard Club. Their subscription practices are misleading and unacceptable.

Worst company I've ever dealt with. Sent my package to the wrong place 3 times even with a picture provided and refused to refund me. I would never recommend or use this product even if it was free at this point. Waste of time and money

This one is genuinely disappointing because I actually liked my Beard Club PT45. When it developed an E1 fault despite very light use, I contacted support on August 10 expecting a normal warranty process. The trimmer had never been exposed to water, had always been used with the original charging equipment, and would still run when connected directly to power. On August 13, Beard Club asked me to send a photo proving I was using the correct charger. I did exactly that. Then they disappeared. It is now October 4. More than seven weeks have passed since I sent the information they specifically requested. No warranty decision. No replacement. No additional troubleshooting. No meaningful follow-up. The sad part is that I wasn’t angry when the trimmer failed. Electronics fail. That happens. What changed my opinion of the company was being asked to cooperate with their warranty process, doing exactly what they requested, and then being ignored. Good customer service is not about preventing every product from ever failing. It is about what a company does after something fails. I gave Beard Club plenty of time and every opportunity to make this right. At this point, the silence says more than the original defect ever could.

They still haven’t deleted my account after multiple messages on Facebook and emailing support. I just keep getting offered additional discounts after stating no multiple times.

Shitty company with shitty practices, all they did was spam me 4 times a day for 2 months and then shadow subscribe me to the products I never received, I hope this company tanks I will be going through paypal for a refund because of how shitty this company is

Scamming subscription practices.

This is a parasitic company with poor support. I purchased one box, and it signed me up for a monthly subscription. Even though I purchased the box through an account I made on the website, when I went to my subscription page on the site, it showed I had no subscription. it took me 6 months to resolve the issue, after calling, mesaging and email the best response i could get from their service department was "just go onto the website and cancel" no matter how many times i told them there was no registered subsription active on my account. I ended up having to get Rocket Money to cancel the subscription for me, as Beard Club was wholly unhelpful. Save your time and money and just avoid this company altogether. This is literally the first bad review I've ever written, but that just goes to show how much of a headache this company has been.
