Beard club products are great and I enjoy purchasing them. However I was missing items out of my order. Customer support was quick to rectify the missing items.i have my new order on its way.

I did not wish to purchase a subscription and asked to cancel as soon as I got a confirmation email for an additional order. They told me they could cancel this order and I could edit my subscription in my account. I was unable to log in so they cancelled the whole subscription for me without causing any problems.

I only 1 major issue. Upon canceling my subscription/s each and every individual item needed to be removed separately. Along with 3 different stages of "are you sure you want to cancel" in different forms such as discounts, delays. I wouldnt say those are bad ideas but, just make it one page where the user can decide if they'd like too, and not be forced to click deny, deny, deny.

My experience with Beard Club has been great so far. I got my products a little later than I expected, but overall, I am satisfied with them. I wasn't expecting to grow a fuller beard overnight, as that's not what they promise. The product is slow-acting, but I am seeing some progress. I have only used it for about three weeks. Before purchasing the products, I already had a somewhat decent beard with light growth areas I am hoping to fill, but my growth speed feels faster than before. So I might update my review as I continue to use the product.

Edit: Had a same day resolution for a refund for the order, for which they somewhat justified their stance. It's alright, it's taken care of. Products are okay. Just keep an eye out on the subscriptions. :) Old: Scummy. Nowhere was it made obvious it would auto-renew on a subscription. Charged me and won't let me remove payment methods. It's also the most tedious process to remove subscriptions I've ever encountered. Will update review if they manage to cancel my order that I didn't ask them to place.

Products (beard growth oil, vitamins, and a comb) were sent and arrived earlier than expected, and I trust they work with time, however I can't take the vitamins because if the terrible aftertaste it has. The vanilla flavoring doesn't taste at all like vanilla, and it takes hours for the aftertaste to leave my mouth/throat/whatever. Even worse is the smell, which smells like how I imagine the dead by daylight entity would smell if they had to shower but didn't. In case you were wondering the oil is ok and the comb is a comb so that's why I'm rating a 4 and not a 1.
