Thought I had an issue with my order that was completely an error on my part . I called customer service and talked to Anna . She explained that I had the theater seats in the wrong order . I was embarrassed , but we had a good laugh . Thank You Anna

We had been eyeing some theater seating for a couple of weeks and were almost ready to order online, but then decided to call in as we had some questions. (Power vs manual recline; white glove service; whether or not seats would have to be ordered resulting in longer delivery time, etc.) Our order rep, Alex, was SO HELPFUL and guided us through our options which ultimately made it possible for us to make our decision and place an order. If the delivery and products are as good as Alex was, this will without a doubt be one of the best purchases we have ever made.

We ordered the Winston leather theater seating for our bedroom. We wanted something that was a nice grain of leather, comfortable and warm looking for our bedroom. We love it! Love the powers recliners, lightup cupholders ajustable headrests. Most of all the wallsaver space it gives us to relax and save space. Thanks Alex Osoria for your help with the decision to purchanse the Winston Leather!!! If we change our den we will be contacting you.
