Ordered theater seats from Anna with theaterseats.com. She was very helpful getting the correct seats for me ordered. Im happy with the seats (seatcraft grenada) and the sound shakers theaterseat installed. The time frame of delivery was spot on. I had a great experience with the order and i thank anna for it.

Contacted customer care today regarding an order I had placed. Trusted that the first person I had spoken with would send the correct item. When the order arrived, no such luck. Enter Richard Valdez....immediately he was attentive to my situation and within 30 minutes and a couple of emails, situation resolved and the correct parts are on the way.
