I want to say a huge thank you to Sleeper for the awesome, artistic, quality clothing and the incredible customer service! I was able to reach out with any questions I had and received an email response from Viktoria providing me with any shipping updates and order information. When the clothing arrived, all items were beautiful with such artistic design and quality construction. An added surprise was that the clothing arrived in gorgeous cloth bags with a satin rose and ribbon bow closure! I am thinking I can use these awesome bags as a clutch purse! Thank you so much for creating such a magical shopping experience for myself and my daughters! Vicki

At this point I give up with their sizing. So I have purchased several dresses over time. The linen one you have to size up, the ones with a bow or a rose in front you should size down. Annoying and inconsistent. However when I got a pair of the Lulu bow slippers I lost it. I wear 39/40. Ordered a 39. These are clown shoes. No joke. I would have to size down like 3 sizes. I have no way of returning them because of customs and taxes. So I am stuck with them knowing I will never wear them out. I actually asked my husband what he thought and he just laughed. It is bad. Do not purchase shoes from sleeper.

Leider eine totale Enttäuschung. Ich habe ein Pyjama bestellt und bezahlt. Nach ca. 9 Tagen fragte ich nach, wann dieses verschickt wird. Daraufhin wurde mir geantwortet, dass meine Bestellung in meiner Größe nicht lieferbar sei und ich soll zu den 28 Euro an Versandkosten noch mehr drauf zahlen, denn es gäbe eine Möglichkeit aus der Ukraine ein Exemplar zu liefern. Wie bitte ?!🤨 Nach 14 Tagen schrieb ich erneut den Kundenservice an und bat mir das Geld zurückzuverweisen. Daraufhin wurde mir ein Angebot von 115% gemacht. Erneut wie bitte?!😳 Ich soll etwa weiterhin als Käuferin mein Vertrauen an so ein schlecht organisiertes Unternehmen schenken?! Nein, danke. Ich versuche über den Käuferschutz mein Geld zurückzubekommen. Ich rate vom Kauf bei diesem Unternehmen ab.

They waited 2 weeks to tell me that product I bought is no longer available.

It's actually deplorable that a company this big can't make a product that works consistently on browser. Pathetic!

Always 5 stars with Sleeper. I’ve never received so many compliments, or felt so beautiful (and this goes for every single piece I’ve ever ordered). Their fabrics are gorgeous, their cuts — stunning, and they have incredible customer service. Big fan of the brand and a loyal, lifelong customer. Worship your inner goddess. Get yourself a piece (or two, or three) from sleeper. 💓

Adorable customer service, I order a lot online but never had such a lovely customer representative : Viktoria is a sweetheart. Really recommend this brand.
