The Open BoxReviews of the-open-box.com

Exceptional product. Fast delivery.

I ordered a video game late one weekend night & absent-mindedly submitted my order as pick up instead of shipping. I sent them an email explaining my mistake and I received reply the next morning. Despite my mistake at check-out and the fact that I didn't have a PayPal account to pay for the shipping, they VERY graciously covered the shipping, promptly processed and shipped the order. Because of their excellent customer service and quality products, The Open Box has now made me a lifelong customer. I would highly recommend this company to anyone!

I have been friends with the owners of this business for over 10 years and have also purchased things from them. Always great quality stuff but even more important the owners are great people; trustworthy, hard working, friendly, honest and dependable.

I had lost my thumb drive, and I contacted The Open Box, I told them I needed it really fast. It got here in a day, I was shocked that it was that fast. I will be using this place a'lot more. All I can say it thank you, thank you.

New and upcoming hard working group!

Purchased a TV there in the store. Great prices, friendly atmosphere.

The Open Box has a wide variety of tech items from TVs to Kindles to cables to just about anything you need or want. The prices are far below any on-line or big box price. The owner is trustworthy and will make sure you are totally satisfied!

This is a great store with amazing items for a great price. The customer service is fantastic and answer all my questions. I would highly recommend them!!
