We shipped our refrigerator and freezer through T Force Freight. They have had it for 6 months and supposedly there was a wreck involving our appliances on the interstate. They will barely communicate with us and said that they have their hands tied by the state. I will never use them and will report them to the Better Business Bureau this week.

Have to schedule a delivery for some reason
The online tracker shows out for delivery for the last 4 days. I finally called and I guess I was supposed to schedule a delivery. So, I gave my number again, and was told someone would reach out to schedule my delivery, and nothing yet.

They will screw you
1) I paid but they did not pick up the crate
2) They did not tell me they had not picked up
3) I could not get a live person on the phone without a tracking number, which they don't give until they pick up.
4) After a week, I finally got ahold of them and 1) their driver had lied in his notes and just didn't pick up. 2) they didn't bother to notify me that they hadn't picked up.
So, a week later, I'm screwed by Tforce.
They are the lowest of the low-level companies.

1 mower was damaged in freight
1 mower was damaged in freight. We have shipped with UPS Freight for the last 6 years. I've never had a claim denied like this one. I even sent a picture of the way it is crated from the factory. Claiming it wasn't crated enough when this comes from the factory like this and has so for the last 20 years. Short of rapping in foam, when a dock worker flips the crate it's going to tear it up. Not our fault, yours! NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER!!! When your company tears something up you should pay for it. We shouldn't have to jump through hoops just to get paid.

WARNING! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
I AM SO P---ED OFF WITH THIS LOUZY, CRAPPY, LYING, WORTHLESS, UNPROFESSIONAL FREIGHT TRANSPORT TRUCKING COMPANY THAT I CAN'T SEE STRAIGHT!!!!
ALL THIS COMPANY EVER HAD TO DO WAS TO SIMPLY BE HONEST WITH ME FROM THE GET-GO! I WOULD HAVE SHOWN PATIENCE... I SAT IN MY HOUSE FOR 12 STRAIGHT DAYS - BEING TOLD THAT MY PACKAGE (MOBILITY SCOOTER) WOULD BE DELIVERED THE VERY NEXT DAY - OVER & OVER AGAIN! I WILL BE SHARING THESE THOUGHTS WITH THE WORLD ON MY OWN WEB-BASED BUSINESS. "WARNING" - DO NOT USE "TFORCE FREIGHT" AND IF YOU EVER ORDER SOMETHING THAT IS LARGE AND MUST BE DELIVERED BY A TRUCKING COMPANY - ASK EXACTLY WHO THEY USE! SO MUCH FOR THIS BUSINESS VENTURE BETWEEN UPS & TFORCE FREIGHT........Never thought I would experience what I have experienced over a simple freight Delivery - BEING A NON-DELIVERY!
I completely understand Truck / Driver shortages & sky-high fuel prices.....BUT THE POINT-BLANK LIES, I WILL NOT TOLERATE!

Worst shipping company ever and rudest employee!
We placed an order from a vendor in Ohio that needed to be shipped by common carrier. In the past, shipments have been sent by common carriers without any difficulty and delivered to our home shop in Virginia. After the expected delivery of March 18 came and went, we attempted to track. The Tforce website showed it was to be delivered on March 18 and it was a week late already. We made several calls to customer service and were told that it had been put on a train and was going to New York and then to Virginia and no one knew where it was. The next call we were told that it was lost and no one knew where it was. We were promised repeated phone calls which never occurred. Since we had to have the item ordered for a job, we finally had to reorder and told them expressly not to ship through Tforce. That item was received at our shop two days after ordering with no difficulty. It arrived by semi as usual. Oddly enough, Tforce's warehouse in Roanoke, Virginia, called the day before we received the second shipment to inform us that they had a shipment to be delivered. Their dispatcher was very concerned that they could not get a semi tractor trailer onto our state road for the delivery. He wanted us to meet them somewhere and pick up the item. I told him that was not going to happen and he became very obnoxious. I explained that the route was clearly accessible, used by semis frequently, and that UPS freight had delivered to us before. He told me "I think not" and repeated that "they would not be delivering to our shop". At that point, I terminated the conversation and called my husband to contact him. It turned out that they were looking at something on Goggle Earth I suppose and were completely in the wrong locale even though they had our complete address, route number and road name. After that conversation, the item was delivered the next day and dropped at our shop. We are of the belief that the item was in the Roanoke warehouse the entire time and they just did not want to deliver it for some reason. A freight company should at least know how to read directions and not treat their customers like this. We prepaid for the freight cost and we have the right to have the freight delivered. There will be no more business done with Tforce from this company. We have been in business almost 30 years and I was appalled that someone would simply tell me that "we will not be delivering your shipment".

Horrible company, never use them
Horrible, horrible company, especially the Hagerstown branch. If you ever get stuck with this company or the Hagerstown branch or Hagerstown scheduler "Tina", just cancel everything immediately. I've now had 3 (and never ever anymore) experiences with this company in which I spent thousands of dollars of shipments just to be treated horribly and have one entire shipment completely damaged during handling.
The Hagerstown office is terrible and makes this entire company look bad, especially the scheduler Tina who should is deserving of the Guiness world record of worst person at their job in history.
First experience was best of 3 bad experiences, but made me waste an entire day when I received notification I had a shipment to be delivered and they have 10 hour windows where I have to standby so I had to cancel everything. As they day progressed I called their Hagerstown office where this comes through dozens of times, but never any answer. I called the companies main customer service number and they couldn't reach Hagerstown office either and the voice message system doesnt work and can't leave a messge.
Eventually I was able to speak to Hagerstown scheduler Tina who said the message I received on my shipment wasn't accurate as they never send a shipment to a residence without first speaking to the customer for that shipment to ensure availability. It was then rescheduled for another day and I had to lose another entire day to standby waiting on the shipment.
The second experience was horrible. I received a notice of a scheduled day for delivery but since I was told before they will not schedule without talking to me I tried calling Hagerstown branch dozens of times over 3 days and customer service of main office couldn't reach them or confirm my delivery status either.
Eventually I reached Tina the scheduler and she refused to answer why I was scheduled without speaking to me which she said was against the company policy previously. She also confirmed they lost one of my shipments (as I had two separate on order being delivered) and they didn't know if they would arrive together or if another delivery would be scheduled.
On day of second delivery, I was shocked when I saw inside the truck. I had ordered a nice neat large pallet full for good conditioned items in undamaged boxes but received a disaster. All the contents on the pallet was so mishandled that it was literally sideways on the pallet and being held up by the truck side. It was so bad he couldn't move the pallet and had to remove all of the items individually one by one from the truck and hand to me, which was horrible for me as I had surgery 2 days earlier and was on heavy pain killers.
As this got unloaded box by box I quickly saw the boxes were in horrible condition, every single one that was offloaded was damaged. I didn't know what was in the boxes at the time so didn't know if the merchandise was damaged at that point. I asked the driver what happened and he said he did't know as he was asked to deliver this and not sure what happened to it before. I informed him the condition of this items I was receiving was ridiculous and not acceptable and that I needed this instance noted (still haven't heard back from TForce but I have a dispute ongoing with company I made purchase from and who hired TForce).
Every box was heavily damaged and several of the boxes had the entire top of box torn off! I took 26 pictures upon delivery to include pictures of items still on the truck being handed to me and the insanely bad condition these items were in. After inspection later it was found almost every item within the boxes was severely damaged (only expect was an item made of rubber). Thousands of dollars of retail value of merchandize was destroyed during handling and shipment.
For the third shipment that was lost by TForce for a week or so, I received an email confirmation of delivery for 3/11/22. I tried calling several times to confirm, but they never answered the phones as usual (there excuse is that they only have two employees working on site, although that doesn't answer why their voicemail doesn't work).
On 3/8/22, we were off to pickup our newest shipment ourselves as we will never use TForce again and I was 200 miles away when I checked my email and saw TFroce sent me an email a couple hours earlier saying my items were out for delivery that same day 3/8/22. I was shocked as no one spoke to me and I wasn't even in the same state.
I couldn't reach Hagerstown office so I called main customer service. They said their records showed my shipment wouldn't be received until 3/11/22 but couldn't answer why I received an email stating it was being delivered same day. After transferred to Tina, she said it was already delivered an hour ago and they let my 16 year old son sign for it, which he had no legal authority to sign.

I ordered a corner shower kit off of…
I ordered a corner shower kit off of Amazon and Tforce Freight was the company that contacted me for delivery. I set up the day for delivery and was given a 9:00am - 3:00pm window. I asked if it could be narrowed down or if I could receive a phone phone when the driver was close. Both options were denied. On Monday, the day of the delivery. I waited around my home the all day and got a phone call from Tforce at 1:50pm about setting up a delivery time. I mentioned that this was already set up and that it was suppose to be today. They said they had nothing in there computers for it and I would have to pick another day or start to occur holding fees. I explained my frustration and set up a new day. This time I was given a 3 hour window. The delivery went well. The driver was very helpful and polite.
