This is the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. If you can avoid working with them do so.

OMG I shipped a light that weights 95lbs paid and it shipped of course it was lost and finally found and delivered after i called and complained. ITs now 6 months later and they are saying it weighed more because they put it on pallets but acepeted as a box what??? They also cashed my check and show nothing paid seriously. This is terrible, i will never use again. Thought it was UPS but NO they sold it to TForce, who is this and why would I ever use again. Terrible. Terrible do not use.

If I could give their customer no service a zero rating I would. Called customer service line 2 twice and left a voicemail. Never got a call back. Our shipment was in Austin terminal in a trailer for 3 days. When I finally got through, they couldn’t tell me a day when my shipment was going to be delivered. Their Austin office only has two lines. So when the corporate transfers you, you can’t get through to them. I finally got fed up and drove to Austin to pick it up. The people at the Austin office were very helpful and nice. I went into the office at 9 and told them I would be back at noon to pick it up. They had my package and was out in a few minutes. I think the corporate customer service can learn a few thing from their local office. This experience has been the worst shipping experience ever. I will avoid using them at all cost from now on. My observation was that corporate doesn’t support their local terminals very well.

A formal warning for any business who thinks about shipping with this company - This company is horrible and they do not invoice you at the rate quoted by their employee. We shipped one pallet to a residentail address that was successfully delivered. We then received the invoice and it Tens times the quoted rate. TForce has outsourced the AR department and you either get put on hold or they will just hang up on you. We have been attempting to obtain the correct invoice with the quoted rate without success for several months. Do not ship anything with this company unless you enjoy getting treated like garbage. This company is full of employees who don't care about their now-former customer! Stay Away From TForce Freight!

The only reason I gave them one star is because zero was not an option. I am sure they have my shipment and simply will not deliver it to me because of my remote location. The tracking numbers they gave me no longer work. Please avoid using them, they will let you down.

Zero stars. This company is completely incompetent. Do NOT ever use this company. They lie about the whereabouts of your package. They discriminate and refuse to deliver to certain areas

I did not pick this company, who would after reading these reviews? After my riding mower arrived from overseas these “people “ immediately told me it would be delivered in one week. Never got a tracking # despite 4-5 emails. On arrival day got email saying not coming and would be another week. Betting I will never see this mower and then the real nightmare begins….
